We stopped in on a Sunday on our way back from French Lick. They had a huge buffet that had some breakfast items but was mainly great lunch fare. The bread and butter is simply amazing and we enjoyed everything we ate. We bought some bread, jam, and noodles to take home with us. The gift store was disappointing we thought we could by some real Amish crafts which there wasn't much. The flea market across the street was typical flea market stuff. They had another building with what we thought would have the real Amish stuff in it but it was closed.

Stopped in for lunch on way home from French Lick and absolutely loved the buffet. Incredibly wide selection of food including salad and dessert options. I was a little worried upon arrival seeing a big bus pull up just ahead of us but the establishment handled the crowd just fine. There is a small bakery just off to the side and you don't want to miss the chance to take home some homemade food. The homemade bread and apple butter was my favorite. Don't forget to ask them to slice your bread.

What a disappointment....most goods were store bought, not Amish. The flea market was full of stuff- nothing you couldn’t find your local thrift store though. The buffet was terrible. Don’t waste your time. I did, however get to see an Amish person at the gas station.

Very yummy! I love the noodles with roast beef and homemade bread with peanut butter sauce! Don't forget the bakery, especially the cinnamon rolls! Nice gift shop, plus the Pig and Fiddle Emporium gift shop a walk across the way.

Day trip close to French Lick, IN. Antiques and more available here. The buffet in the restaurant is very good. Varied selections, home made stuff including breads. Price is good for what you get. Service was very good, Don't forget the bakery.

Great Fall Festival/ Great selection of Vendors. Everyone was friendly and reasonable priced. Got a lot of Christmas Shopping done.

The best part of this village was observing the Amish come and go in their buggies. The food was typical Amish.

The Amish certainly know how to cook. They serve a buffet here with many different entrees. We went this past Sunday and they had fried fish, fried chicken, grilled steak, pot roast and pork ribs. Their egg noodles, green beans, corn, etc are also outstanding. They have a salad bar with many different items; but who wants to fill up on salad when you have delicious Amish cooking available?

Food was mediocre, priced just right for the family, though. The "Amish" experience was unique. Loved seeing the horse and buggies on the roads. Friendly people
