Such a great relaxing canoe trip up the White River! Great weather, schools of fish, turtles, and ducks with their ducklings throughout our paddle! Perfect length of 6 miles to spend a few hours enjoying the splendors of Mother Nature!

The address the company emailed for their site was wrong. This caused us to miss our scheduled bus ride to the river. The three employees we informed of the error only replied “hmm”.
Local family members joined us on the river. They were turned away by the business when we were exiting the river. We explained that we had purchased two more tickets than we actually used. The employee chose to keep rudely reciting the company line “if you didn’t start here you can’t come on our property”.
In hindsight we should have taken the unused wristbands and put them on our local family but we were being upfront and honest. There was an opportunity for the employee to show some consideration and kindness, but he chose to be rude.
Anyone considering this experience should look at the cost of a tube in nearby stores plus an Uber ride to/from a public access point, minus the interaction with rude people who do not offer customer service.
Regardless the positive reviews, it’s noteworthy that 10% are “one star”.

Reservations were easy and their delivery to drop off was easy! Great canoeing and fishing experience. Will definitely do this again.

Always an amazing time with friends! staff/crew friendly and helpful (our handle would not go down on our cooler and they easily accommodated it!

Great kayak trip! Launch person did a great job letting us know what to expect and milestone points to look out for along the trip. Great scenery and wildlife!

2024 was our 2nd annual family and friends float trip. 15 made it this year. Very organized trip with good equipment and easy check in. Get one strap and one tuber per person and don't forget to rent a cooler raft to pile your coolers and snacks in. GREAT TRIP!!

Have used company once before, but never again. Website talks a lot about monitoring weather and safety but they sure don't walk the talk. Rented kayaks on July 14 and they dropped us off at 1pm and left, moments before a torrential downpour began. For unknown reasons it took the bus 30 minutes to return while we all stood in a downpour with lightening, on the banks of a river! Came to find out there was a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH in effect when they dropped us off. When we finally got back to the parking lot they would not provide a refund or even a rain check (which would have sufficed). One party asked to go out later and they said they could, but would have to pay again!! To get rid of us they told us to call a number (which turned out to be out of order) and after repeated attempts to contact management we eventually heard back via email that there were no rainchecks provided that day since it was "...only 30 minutes of heavy rainfall". Ironically they ignored the Severe Thunderstorm Watch that was in effect all afternoon (this is confirmed with historical weather data from that day). So they took our money, dropped us off in a storm, and then refused to honor the reservations on a future day. Apparently they encourage their customers to risk their lives paddling in a thunderstorm, or lose your money. Great options! Beware of this company and ownership. They take your money and don't care whether you are satisfied or are literally unable to use the kayaks due to storms. Wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! Lots of other companies out there that care about customers and customer service -- AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!

We went on the four to five hour excursion which ended up being 5 hours and about 15 minutes.
They didn't tell us that if we didn't find a stick on shore to paddle with that it would have probably taken 7 hours.
There is very little to no current on this river and you have to either paddle or get out and walk your tube.
Horrible!

I don't think so but either way you will never get your money back.......only rain checks even if its not raining. If you live out of state you are out of your money. I would never use this company....
