It's a nice place, relaxing, but I don't think it's as good as it has been advertised. It's quiet indeed, but like a bit too quiet. The interaction with the staff was nice, very professional people, but it seemed a little unnatural, not genuine. Gave me a slightly uneasy feeling.
Also, I chose the Aromatherapy massage, which was barely a massage, it was someone rubbing my body with oil and I didn't feel relaxed at all afterwards. Massage is supposed to relax your muscles by applying pressure on them at least a bit. So I would say for me, this is the type of fancy expensive and not delivering kind of spot.

After one hour I was as good as new. Of course there were moments when I felt pain but I knew that there are areas wich I tension every day (I am a dentist)

I regularly visit Ida Spa for a massage. The balinese therapists are excellent and offer a very relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a special location to celebrate Valentine's day. And we found it! Ida Spa offered us an amazing experience, in a perfect scenery.
The therapist greated us with hot ginger tea, and then we bathed in a hot tub, filled with aromatherapy oils, and flower petals. As this wasn't relaxing enough, all was followed by an hour massage, done to perfection.
At the end, they offered us champagne and strawberries. JUST PERFECT!
We will repeat this experience, and we highly recommend this Spa!

We recently visited the spa and were blown away by the level of service offered. We we greeted by a wonderful lady who explained the entire treatment offerings and we chose a couples package and we are thrilled to have done so. I am fully confident in recommending IDA spa and we are eager to come again.

This Spa is a jewel in Bucharest. Even Bali would be jealous of this Spa. Attention to detail and treatments that are unforgettable experiences. After my treatment my skin felt amazing, renewed and fresh. My whole well-being and inner peace came to a point where I just wanted to stay there forever. You can tell that there has been a lot of work done to make this place a location of quality; from my first steps inside I could feel the difference in the light, the smell, the design, the furniture and then the service and the way the therapist spoke to me with real interest and knowledge was just some of the things I will never forget. And then the treatment was just something I can't describe with words. I picked up some products too, to make sure I continue feeling great at home. I will go back again and again in every visit of mine in Bucharest.
