Want to escape the daily grind? Enjoy nature? I've got a place for you. Just down the road from the bustling community of Osceola, Iowa right off I-35, is a small but worth-while park that is great for solitude. Granted, its barely 24 acres big, but it does offer some outstanding opportunities: hiking; fishing; relaxing; great place for a picnic; overall peace and tranquility. Small parking area but great place. I was the only person to visit that day and had the place to myself. But hey, it was during the week so its expected I guess. In my opinion, this place is a great day hike.
