I was surprised to see such a good gallery on Grand Avenue in Spencer. The exhibit featured David Strom, an artist from WIndom Minneota. I enjoy visiting.

Really nice art gallery and friendly staff. This gallery features local Iowa artists and also has large classrooms for art classes. I enjoyed talking to gallery director and perusing the art presented in the gallery. If you like art, it is worth a stop. If I lived there, I would certainly take advantage of the art classes.

This gallery is FREE to visit! They change their exhibits every 6-8 weeks, which makes you want to stop back. I especially love their gift shop, which provides local artists to showcase their craft. Great holiday gift ideas!
