I own a business not far from Park Place. When the weather is nice I enjoy taking breaks just walking or sitting on the greens there. They have comfy Adirondack chairs, green grass to put your toes in to relax in the sun or shade. There’s a fountain so the sound of the trickling waters is soothing. Many times I will eat at a nearby restaurant or get a carry out lunch from the sub shop. Sometimes they have lawn exercise from Orange Theory or other community events. Love this area very much.

We met another couple at Park Place for dinner and drinks. Love the small streets and little boutiques surrounding the area. Parking is easy and close. We ate at an Italian restaurant which was clean,great service and they didn’t rush us at all!
The AMC theater is within walking distance if interested. There are benches around the area if you want to sit and enjoy the moment.

This is a cute, quaint shopping/mixed-use area with really nice restaurants and boutiques mixed throughout. Lots of places that seem to cater to women, as there are a couple of bridal places and workout (barre, etc) joints too. A kid-friendly park is also in the middle of the shopping area. It’s also nicely decorated and landscaped and kept really clean throughout.

Nice retail shopping with upscale dining options and an A-loft! 801 Chophouse has the best Prime Rib!!! Good Happy Hour at Pig & Finch and 801 Chophouse.

We stayed here 2 years ago and had a very nice stay. Two years later, I found myself back in the area on day trip (shopping) and have to admit that it's a favorite of mine. There are a lot of nice shops and eateries. Zona Rosa and the Legends used to be my go to before discovering the Plaza. Now.. I'd skip the other areas for a chance at Park Place.

Park Place seems to be under constant change. I really have little reason to go there other than an occasional visit to Burger Fi or T Loft. Parking can be a hassle and it seems to be a bit full of itself for what it is.

Anchored (for us, anyway) by the Aloft hotel, Park Place has great restaurants, an AMC movie theater, a great kids store called the Learning Tree, a cute kids accessories boutique called Pink Antlers (stop in to say hi to Frankie the dog), Flowers by Emily (With Max the Cockapoo), and Dazzle Paws, a boutique dog grooming business where they'll let you watch dogs being groomed and the staff will let you play with their dogs if they are in.

Park Place is a lovely shopping, dining and entertainment area near Town Center Plaza. Park Place has parking garages and encourages folks to stroll throughout the area. During the winter, there is an ice rink that is open for skaters. During more temperate weather, Park Place hosts outdoor concerts and other entertainment from time to time. There are several nice restaurant options as well as shopping and various services. One of the parking garages actually provides more convenient parking for the theater in Town Center Plaza than it's own parking lot does during high use.
