We enjoyed our visit and spent about two hours here. Our boys (3 and 5) liked the digging area, the park, and of course seeing the big dinosaurs. We also enjoyed the museum and found it, and the displays throughout the park, informative. The gift shop is also reasonably priced for small trinkets like toy dinosaurs.

Very nice dinosaur trail. Good information posted about each particular dinosaur. Walk is 3/4 of a mile so not too long. Part is steep so be aware of that. Nice museum. Was able to bring a picnic lunch in from the car and ate at the picnic tables. Wish the fossil dig was open but another time.

Great experience for the entire family! Our little Dino lovers had a great time and even the older kids and adults found it an interesting experience!!! Didn't really do our research so we weren't aware the fossil dig was only at certain times and a few dollars extra per participant, not a huge deal, but ask questions and check their website for all the details. This was a quick half day experience for us, but was so much fun!!! The walkway to see all the dinosaurs is paved, small inclines, but very manageable for most.

Very good experience especially for young kids. There’s lots to do and see and it’s well priced. It was able to keep our 4 year old son occupied which says a lot lol.

the employees was very nice. a blonde blue eyed man i think he is the manager. he looks like steve irwin somewhat. was so nice and friendly and in the gift shop. it was large plastic cermaic dinosaurs. and several. it was hot outside. its not for a handicapped person. iam handicapped the walk was horrible they need to make it handicapped assessable. one bathroom only in a half a mile walk. but the gift shop was good just very very very expensive . #$30.00 for two adults to get in . the souvieners were so so so so expensive $$$$$$$ a shirt for 40.00 or a cute shirt 25.00 everything was too expensive for us to buy. but i did think it was alright.

We took the grandchildren 7 and 11 to dinosaur world. Didn't really think I would enjoy it. Thought it would be boring. I WAS WRONG. It was fun, exciting to see and learned a lot about dinosaurs. The dinosaurs were made to actual size. The grandchildren loved seeing all of the dinosaurs. They had a blast. It made you think about how it was to live in those days. I'm glad that we don't. When we return to Cave City, we will definitely will return to Dinosaur World. Also, it's not expensive either. The walking trail is very easy to walk and in the shade.

WOW! We were so impressed.
We came with our 5 year old dinosaur lover, and he was blown away.
There are SO MANY dinosaurs here hidden amongst the foliage; It all looked super cool. We like seeing the dinosaur skeletons at the Field Musuem in Chicago, but Dinosaur World gave us such a different perspective. For one thing, since no one knows what color dinosaurs were, it was cool to see different colors. Also, from skeletons it's hard to get the real perspective of size variations from different species. Here we could see some cute little dinosaurs, and some enormous dinosaurs!
It was also nice to walk through all the trees to see the dinosaurs, finally a shady/slightly cool outdoor activity! Fun to be out in nature.
There are plenty of additional activities for kids too. A small playground, a "dig site" where they can play in the sand and uncover "bones" (this was a BIG hit!) a rock/gem sifting zone, a giant Dino puzzle.
The gift shop is also great, but it had too much stuff he wanted to buy.
Really convenient location right off I-65, you can't miss it. Gravel parking lot with lots of spaces even on busy days. Bathrooms were reasonably clean and in okay repair, with fun dinosaur airbrush art on the walls. They don't serve food but they do have picnic tables.
We loved the dinosaur egg trash cans, which a younger couple without kids name "garbage-saurous"
This is a really great activity for a couple of hours!

My two 5 year olds enjoyed it, particularly my son. He was so happy seeing all the dinosaurs and there were even a few he was able to get on for a picture. They enjoyed the Dino themed playground at the end as well. It was a bit pricey but we still enjoyed.

With children under 12, I'd suggest 2 hours visit time on a pretty day to wander leisurely through the woods and really see the dinosaurs, as well as playing in the playground and, if not too hot, viewing the movie and seeing the museum.
