It was a dope experience but we only came to kill some time before we left back to Wisconsin, we don't have one up north but we kind of felt like we got rush off the lane, also nobody told us about the deals that's was offers plus I didn't know I get 10% off on being a police officers but it a cool places to go.

Very disappointed. First of all, this place is extremely expensive. One beer is over 6 bucks, food is over priced and they rape your wallet just to hit golf balls. Our little bay where we were hitting was trashy. Whoever was before us, just left trash there and no one picked it up before we started. This place sucks and don’t waste your time or your money!! Trust me

So we were excited to go to this place for the first time! Heard great things about the location, however my first experience was extremely weird and absolutely horrible! So we walk in, I say hi this is our first time here can you explain to me how does it work or discuss your packages? The young lady stares at me and ask whats your phone number....🤔... interesting. Then she ask my name...🤔 finally she states go to the third floor and they will explain everthing to you. I'm so confused..... we get to the 3rd floor and nobody even bother to greet us or even say two words to us! So we walked around and went to the website to see what to do. When I say the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered, believe me the worst! Not to sure if we will ever go back.... our first experience with this place was definitely unacceptable.

L'endroit est super convivial et il ne faut pas avoir peur si vous ne savez pas jouer au golf.
Il y a des jeux pour tous les niveaux du débutant à l'expert.
Et c'est un endroit très peu cher pour se divertir aux USA (30 $ pour 4 pour une heure de franche rigolade)

Top Golf is a joke, and the employees are messy. We went to Top Golf Baton Rouge. When we arrive, there is only one employee at the front desk, and he’s turned around messing with merchandise. We wait patiently and he finally notices us the say “G** D****T, F**K I am sorry.” This was extremely disrespectful and not the family environment I would want to take kids. When its finally our turn to get a bay, we receive an automated text message. Nobody notices the message and my text to speech is sending a message to the automated reply. There happened to be a curse word in the reply, and they canceled our bay. When I went to go tell them it was a mistake, all they did was attack me saying I cussed at a 15-year-old sending the messages. How am I supposed to know that I have to apologize to an automated messaging machine? So, when they are kicking me out, I tell the manager about the first employee who was cussing. The employee then gets angry, rips his badge off, tries to fight me, and has to be pulled away by other employees. As he was doing this he is saying “YOU CAN’T HIT ME I AM A MINOR” how unprofessional. The best part is when I try to call them, the Baton Rouge branch just hangs up. What a joke. Moral of the story, an employee cussed around me and tried to fight me, but I am the one to get kicked out for Siri replying to an automated message.

Forced to purchase $400 of food to get 2 bays side by side with a reservation. $400 for adults maybe, but half of the attendees were under 13. Decided against this.

We showed up around 8pm on a friday night and got a spot without any wait. The waitress was nice and attentive to our needs. In other venues I've had them start the clock and then want to talk for 10-15 minutes. This was a fun time for my wife and I. The facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

Needed a break sooo badly from work so my son took me to Topgolf for a couple hours. Perfect day! He golfs and I don’t but it didn’t matter we both had a great time. We laughed and had fun. I had a mimosa and an excellent grilled cheese sandwich.
And I put my phone away and forgot about work for awhile! I have to go this again.

Some of the most fun we have had. The atmosphere is superb, the food is good, and the drinks are wonderful. The golf is fun and competitive. Is a definite return next time we are in Baton Rouge. Ended up staying a lot later than we had planned because we had so much fun and lost track of time .

We decided to give Topgolf a try instead of hitting the "links" on Saturday...and I can tell you...it was a lot of fun! Great service, Great food and Great golf!
