Couple Night Out on the Town

I was spending the weekend out with a good friend of mine. We went to there to listen to the music. We had a wonderful time. Would go back again. Just for entrainment. We did not stay at the hotel. Have a great day!

This hotel / Casino needs some serious updating

Just looks dingey. The casino could use some serious smoke reduction equipment. The buffet was empty maybe six couples the night we visited, Friday. The food was all overcooked, like it had been out for a very long time or perhaps left over from lunch The carving station beef was so tough I could not eat it. The did offer some very, very small crab legs, however they were so small you could not get enough from them to make it worth while.

Great Fun

We had a really fun time at Sam's Town. Won enough money to pay for our hotel and food for the weekend. Everyone that works at Sam's was awesome. I had one man actually rooting for me to win. It was so much fun. More personal than bigger casinos. The security remembered my husband and I when we came in. We had a great time in Shreveport, LA.

Casual and lively

We thoroughly enjoyed the music of the Ambush band. There were many dancing and having fun. We ordered the calamari, loaded fries, and hamburger platter. The loaded fries were so good. There were plenty of toppings on the fries and, as my meal, I had to take some home because the helping was so plentiful. The calamari was plentiful but instead of the marinara, I would suggest serving it with a creamy buttermilk garlic dressing. The hamburger was huge and well made with a big mound of fries.

My hats off to the service staff. Everything was correct and served with a big smile. Thank you for making a night out extra special.

Much like the other casinos in the area, this is Sam's Town's place for live music and dancing. It's a part of the lobby area and is complete with a bar. There is a two drink minimum if sitting at the tables and chairs and they fill up fast!
