I had a delicious craft cocktail called Clever as the Devil made with alchemy gin, Blueshine, black currant, lavender, lemon, and eucalypus bitters. This place is one of my favorite distilleries in the Portland area.

We enjoyed our visit- we ordered flights with the different spirits. The Blueberry Moonshine was our favorite. It was a slow night, but they had a fire going outside and the atmosphere is comfortable.

We loved our experience here! It was a little chilly so we sat inside although there were fires going outside. They have $5 tasting flights, but I personally loved the hot
apple cider with cinnamon vodka.

Top notch spirits and decent pub food. We visited here a lot though the pandemic and they rocked it. Felt very safe with their protocols. Total fan of their vodka!

Still no inside drinking or eating, but there's a nice patio out back, with a small tiki bar. The spicy mango and lime rum cocktail with sriracha was really good. So were the fried green tomatoes with remoulade sauce. The food's on the pricy side, though -- $16 for a small goumet cheese steak, $9 for a half-dozen fried tomato halves.

Great spot to come for food and a drink. They have a huge outdoor seating area and an outdoor bar for ordering. They have a descent food menu to compliment their cocktails. I recommend their gin and aged gin.

Was doing some micro breweries in Portland when we happened upon the Maine Craft Distillery. A foggy, misty day, and with COVID, we had to sit outside under a tent, but it's all good. Order a few cocktails and asked about the calamari; being from upstate NY where the calamari is top notch, we were a little worried about the freshness . . . well I have to tell you it was EXCELLENT! I then order a beer, when the waiter came back with a beer and a shot I was a little confused . . . he told me they were out of the chosen beer and the manager, Mike, was giving me a shot to make up for it. Turns out the replacement was one of my favorites, the Heller from Von Trapp. So now we're thinking, this is a pretty good find . . . but what made it truly exceptional was the managers choice in music, the mix was incredible! We stayed longer because of it. This will be a must stop the next time we're in Portland.

Everything they make is all locally sourced Maine ingredients. Each bottle of rum or gin or whiskey or rum is around 30-40 bucks. The Whiskey is almost like a Scotch. It’s made with Maine barley and seaweed. The ginger beer and rum makes the Maine Mule and it’s only like 4.00 from the site. The prices of the cans are actually pretty awesome- a pack of 4 is only $10.00. The blue shine was great.. the blueshine lemonade is a perfect summer drink. You seriously can’t go wrong and for the price it’s a good deal.

All-around great experience. The spirits were all good, especially liked the blueberry moonshine, never had anything quite like it. The people working there were down to earth and easy to talk to, the food was actually better than expected and the place has a really nice vibe to it...definitely recommend!

Great place, great drinks and great service. We loved the whiskey, blueberry moonshine, and cinnamon vodka. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts.....amazing, but they wouldn't give us the recipe, ha ha.
