Stopped by while in the area to take a break from walking, shopping, eating, etc. It was the first hot day of the year, around 78 degrees, but there was a nice breeze coming off the water. The park will look better in a few weeks when things start to bloom again and mud season is over.

This little park is a town gem with a bit of history. In 1923, it was dedicated to the men who fought in World War I. It has a beautiful view of Penobscot Bay and Sears Island and even has steps that go down to a small beach.

This is an excelent small town park. Modern kids playgroud, gazebo and covered picnic pavilion as well as a picnic area with tables and grills. Basketball court and large open fields for whatever ball game you want to play or fly kites. The beach is sandy with large rocks to sit on higher up. Low tide is great as there is a spit of land to walk out on as well as a few tide pools. A handicap portapotty and dog pickup bags availabe at a small parking arra. There is streeside parking too. You can fish from the beach and try caming with a permit obtainable at the town office. Maine takes fishing, hunting and claming permits seriously so please get one. Stargazing is great as is tanning. There's usually a breaze off the bay. If you are looking for 7 flags, this isn't it. If you are looking for a family quiet park, you found it.

Love the park but there is no Handicap parking. The "Porta Potty" is now handicap accessable which is nice thought parking is an issue. The park is a wonderful place to visit with great scenic vieiws and a small picnic area. Plenty of wide open places and a modern kids playground.

Mosman Park has been updated with port-a-potties, new swings and nice picnic tables with benches. Big improvement and a great place to read a book, have a picnic or simply relax.

I took my 3 year old here today at the recommendation of a family member and I was very impressed. The park is far off the main road, and the playground is small but safe for small children.
The view is beautiful, the park is clean, there is a bathroom, trashcans, grill(s?), plenty of seating, and it's dog friendly.
We were there midday on a Tuesday and it was very quiet. I can see us going back as a family to enjoy a picnic.

Small parking lot. Flat field for soccer or a family softball game. You need to pack your swimsuit so you can explore the sandbar in low tide or swim during high tide. Plenty of nice views to take photos. We took a huge family photo and it turned out so nicely! Great to picnic or use their grills. There is a gazebo where I have seen people have birthday parties. It is also great for July 4th fireworks.

Offers a playground fro the kiddies, a ball field, picnic area and best of all, steps to the shore! Easy walking distance to "downtown"

This is a lovely little park with terrific playground. There's also a history lesson available. Let the little ones play while you enjoy a lovely view of the bay. It's a great little spot.

This is a very small park off Route 1 in Searsport. ( There is a small sign at the end of the road on Route 1 but you have to watch for it ). It is nice for a quick stop to get your feet wet or to have a picnic. There is a small beach area ( I believe it is a rocky beach ) below the picnic sites.
