Went 4/27 to watch the capitals game. We were one of the ONLY people there and really no one was watching the TVs. We asked them to put the game on the large screen and they said they can’t, they have to put the O’s game on that tv. There was no one in there watching the O’s game. So disappointing! What happened to making the customer happy? I would have taken a picture of how empty the place was but it would have embarrassed my daughter so I refrained.
We will definitely not be going back! We’ll spend our money somewhere where the customer is priority.
When we arrived, Hostess was on the phone taking an order after about four minutes of standing there she gave us menus and told us to go seat ourselves. Ok.
Waitress got our wing order wrong and daughter said the crab pretzel was too creamy.

The outdoor dining area is very nice. I have always loved ALL of the food I've gotten there, but last night, the wings (used to be my FAV place for wings) were so dry. And, the outer skin was tough. I think they were fried, sitting, then re-fried when ordered.

Cold beer, good burgers. Fries sucked. Upgrade to the steak fries next time. Good service at the bar. They have a raw bar but I think it was empty. Big night last night I think. They had a Cinco de Mayo party.

I visited here with a friend several years ago and we shared a seafood boat. This time, the seafood boat ($13.99) was even better. It contains jumbo shrimp, jumbo lump crab, scallops, and lobster smothered in a garlic cream sauce and served with fresh baked french bread. We asked for more bread for the two of us to finish it. We also had two drinks of the day (Orange Crush) at $4.00 each. Service and food were both excellent.

we couldnt watch the game we wanted. Before i get to that, i have to say the food here is really good for a bar. The extensive menu makes the decision tough to order from quickly. We came on Taco Night and ended up getting very delicious, great wings, and some very fresh oysters which were laid out in front of us at the bar. The service was great and our food came fast. My only complaint was that we were a group of 5-6 guys and asked to watch the ACC game (which was on another TV across the dining area) instead of a vintage replay of am NBA game. The bartender checked to see if our TV could be changed (it was a weeknight and nobody else was in the area watching this TV), but came back and said they had to put a Big Ten game on. For who we all wondered...oh well, such is life. Its nice to get out with the guys and grab some drinks and food anyway...and that didn't disappoint.

Service was very good. My wife’s meal was burnt with a very thin piece of chicken. Cream of crap soup was extremely cold and was sent back to be reheated, the rest of the meal was fine. Overall the experience was average.

Been here alot and never had a bad meal. The place is divided into a large bar/performance space and a dining room. I'd opt for the somewhat quieter dining room. Try the crab dip or the nachos. Both great appetizers or full meals. Good sandwiches and burgers and a nice salad offering. Really noisy when a band is playing.

Used to love Looney's food but recently, orders are slow and wrong. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was seasoned with Chinese five spice and it took away from the sandwich. Whole all spice ruins taste buds for the night. Reuben egg rolls were cold inside, side salad missing. The bands make up for the food.

Did you ever have a place where every time you go, it's like going to a good friend's house? That's always how I feel going to Looney's Bel Air. People are friendly, the food is great, especially when those we call the "A-team" is in the kitchen. Prices just went up a bit but still a good value for the money. Wish they would get a 'single serving size" crab pretzel. We'll keep working on them to do that!

Looneys, where have we been? Well, I believe that me, my family, and many of you out there may not realize that Looneys is not just a bar. It looks like it's just a small bar but It has a very nice dining room, and amazing food! Thanks to a desire to try something new and the suggestion of our daughter- in- law who also recently discovered this hidden gem, we ate at Looneys yesterday for fathers day. The menu has so many tasty dishes on it that it was hard to choose what to try first. I love corned beef and for a while oscillated between that and the seafood pasta which sounded wonderful and was suggested by someone else who has tried it. I chose the corned beef and was delighted. First of all, I hate to say this in fear it will change, but looneys is not afraid to feed you. The portions were great! and the prices equally pleasing. The food tasted so good that I ate everything on my plate and a little of hubby's corned beef as well ;0) Next time I will jump out there for the seafood pasta as there will be many next times I am sure. Also, the crab pretzel was excellent and huge so that 5 of us had plenty to try with one pretzel. Now, I won't bore you describing everything we ate (and boy did we eat)! Rather I will leave you with the challenge to ignore the "Pub" stereotype and go eat at looneys. You will get hooked, and we will be back for more and more PS. A shout out to Abby, a new waitress who took great care of us. Thank you :0)
