Big Wheel Bikes couldn't have done more to help me, Collin and Jonathon were so knowledgeable about what type of bike would suit me in the current terrain because I've never been here before. If I had any issues with the bike, I was to bring it in immediately (I wanted to do a big ride... 100 miles plus). They fitted an extra water bottle holder for me as its hot here in Maryland (compared to the UK!!!), I didnt "know the location" so they provided a holder for me to put my phone in so I could see the map as I was cycling. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you
