Lovely lighthouse experience. It's a small space, but well designed exhibit and the chance to get amazing views of the Choptank River and Cambridge. Just a beautiful place to stroll around and admire the boats, river, bridge, and city. The kids loved the views and pretended to be lighthouse operators.

Walk down the street immediately opposite the lighthouse. The estate properties are so pretty. The lighthouse is closed so we could not go inside; however, it was pretty and so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed.

It was great to park the car in the street with row of houses, really elegant and charming houses with big church at one end and lighthouse on the other end. It was great view, and going up the lighthouse was great, they had miniature replica of the lighthouse in the lighthouse museum along with other cool stuff. Really enjoyed the lighthouse visit, church and the row of houses, highly recommend it!!!

The water and atmosphere was very quiet. Very few people were visiting. We were able to get some nice pictures. The crabbers were getting ready for their next day.

I had never seen a round lighthouse. They tend to be in rivers and bays as they don't have the ocean waves to contend with. We enjoyed the visit

Was such a nice place to visit. Beautiful view of the water. I would come here again next time and bring a picnic to enjoy while we sit on the dock.

Walk along the many small boats bringing in their catch of the day. The lighthouse was educational. Learn why they don't drive the pilings into the soft beach to support the structures as many other coastal towns do. They have a better method.

Visited Cambridge this Labor Day weekend and my artist friend took my friends and me on a tour of the lighthouse at Long Wharf. He was very instrumental in raising money and in all aspects of the lighthouse's development. Beside it's being beautiful inside and out, I was very impressed with all of the research that was done about it's history and the history of Cambridge that is portrayed on it's walls. We read every word!!! I loved the bronze steps going up the stairs that each person donated. Now, tell me that the panoramic views that surround this structure of all the boats in the marina and the Choptank River are not sensational and spectacular! The views brought tears to my eyes since I grew up in Cambridge and have lived in NYC for years. It's a joy to see how our little Eastern Shore town of Cambridge, MD. has progressed in recent years. Please go inside and visit it and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I just love lighthouses so I had to see it. Enjoyed the short walk and waterfront scenery. Love to visit again soon.
