I came at 6:30 pm on a Sat night and was told all lanes were full (due to Covid restrictions), but the lady I spoke with expected to have a lane available in about an hour and she would call me when a lane was available.
Not hearing anything, we came back 1 hr later and were told that all lanes were still full AND, it was now Rock and Bowl time; unlimited bowling from 7:30 to 9:30 pm, so no one would probably be leaving now!
I told the lady that she never told me about that, which she denied. I then asked weren't there ANY people from the 6:30 time frame that didn't transition to the Rock and Bowl. She then gave me an angry face and told another employee to deal with me before she blows her top.
I spoke very politely to her the entire time during that 2nd visit. She was rather rude, uncooperative and ruined the experience the 6 of had hoped to have. Very disappointing. Some of their employees need some serious Customer Service training .

Nicely maintained alley with a decent choice of food & drinks. There's a small arcade w/ a pool table too.
