This was my first time fishing (on a boat or anywhere else) so I didn't know what to expect. The captain and first mate were very friendly and professional. They took care of everything so even though I didn't know what I was doing, I caught lots of fish! I went with someone much more experienced at fishing, and he also really enjoyed it. In addition to providing all necessary fishing equipment and supplies, the Captain and first mate helped us with a few non-fishing items we forgot to bring and otherwise went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. They were also very efficient and easy to work with in terms of setting up reservations and answering questions before the trip. I would definitely charter another fishing trip on the Stormy Petrel.
