Having moved to Florida 20 years ago, I always try to stop and get decal, tee shirts and this time masks. Pleased with the selection and organization of the shop.

If you are looking for a decal , hat, shirt or accessory with a crab or a MD flag motif this is the place to shop. Great selection of gifts and souvenirs.

Popcorn was decent, but the owner was rude and cocky. No thank you. Id rather not patronize a store with dirty language on their shirts and merchandise.

Another business helping bring Ellicott City back to life after last years historic flood. E. C. Pops has actually taken over 2 old businesses and is basically a split shop with a walkway between the two halves. They specialize in popcorn with a multitude of flavors, but also offer chocolates, nuts, unique sodas, perseveres, salsas etc. There is a snoball machine too with most of the food in the shop on the left side. In the shop to the right there are more gift items, many with a local flavor. Their late evening hours are a plus and the owner said on busy Friday and Saturday evenings he will stay open later than the listed 10 pm. Check out all the money stapled to the ceiling.
