It was nice since the ocean was right there. But many of the shop owners were very pushy and rude. And so many shops are repetitive. But there are great food options and some fun arcades.

This was the first Boardwalk I ever visited and to me will always be the best. Lots of food places in season and little shops overlooking a gorgeous beach. Always fun to take a stroll off season and dart in the shops to warm up and talk toff the employees.

Walking the boardwalk there are many stores and a few places to eat. Try Thrasers french fries, popcorn place.

Ocean city has a very nice large beach nice boardwalk area. Many shops have limited hours. Boardwalk was very clean and well maintained.

We visited here for the afternoon in mid-September during the week. The weather was a perfect 80 degrees, and it was not humid at all. We liked walking the Boardwalk. We started at one end, and about 2/3 of the way down we picked up a tram. The tram guy wasn't exactly the friendliest guy in the world-but we did enjoy riding the tram round trip.
The beach had very few people on it-and that is exactly how we like it!
We stopped in a few shops, and had a slice at Tony's Pizza. The Kite Loft was a really fun store.
We love beachtown boardwalks off-season, and on a perfect weather day-we had a perfect day!!!

Not a lot to do for an old guy to do here, but I liked casually riding my electric scooter up an down the boardwalk. Well they took that away, no longer allowed, yet people race up and down the walk on bicycles. They told me I had to ride on the side streets, very dangerous thanks. Maybe the bike rental companies complained. I don't think I will be back.

Why did the boardwalk seem so big when I was a child. The funnest place to get an ice cream cone. A bucket of thrasher’s, a warm t shirt with a fun picture on it. Riding the train. Great memories.

It poured rain like crazy. I have never seen so much rain and flooding ever and for June and it was rather cold. We'd have to go back again some day to make things right, maybe. Hotels and restaurants are taking advantage of us. Nothing is affordable anymore. strangely the hot and humid and winds came back and dried up all the flooding the next morning. It's very sad we only stayed one nite because the morning we left was absolutely beautiful. Our hotel restaurant was closed. The ride back home was long yet kind of beautiful. But still nothing along the way worth stopping for to eat or visit. we could really use some positive reviews on anything worth doing in our surrounding area.

My absolute favorite boardwalk. There is just so much to do and see. There is amazing food options on the boardwalk, some excellent shops, and you are within feet from the beach. There’s also arcade games, amusement rides, and a great pier.

The boardwalk never closes. Many venues are open year round. In December there are many holiday events including great celebrations on New Years Eve and New Years day.

Yes. One pier has Jolly Rogers and another area near the arcades has Timbers Rides. They are two different companies.

Boardwalk ends at 33rd street so you can get oceanfront above that. For enjoyability, if you are going for a week I would look at a Real Estate company that does condo rentals and get something from 75th street to 140th street.
It’s safe, lots of nice restaurants and activities for kids up that end.
In evening stay away from boardwalk and Jolly Rodgers park.

When I was there in October they allowed our dog on the tram. it had to be leashed. Also allowed on the boardwalk but not on the Beach.
