Karen, at OC Massage, has two unique and priceless gifts among the massage therapists I’ve been to, those that beautifully address seemingly ‘unhealable’ muscular aches from years of serious athletic competition, and those that provide blissful spiritual/emotional nurturing and well-being. First, she continually asks, listens, senses, understands and makes adjustments to what you need done. Second, she has a loving sensitive and healing touch that seems to know what tone, pressure and speed is needed, and a knowledge of musculature that addresses the whole length and width of needy muscle. When I felt what talent she had, I added more time and a massage the following day. Karen is one of those ‘special’ talents worth traveling for.
