Took the kids to zavazone, Rockville MD to enjoy themselves. A group of staff (teens) that were huddled, chatting where they were stationed, turned my child away and made her cry when she came to ask to be harnested again for a climbing station because to quote them: "she already asked to be harnested a couple times earlier" -THE ONLY job they have. But they insisted to back each other up and turn an 8 year old away who wished to return to this station after she left it for a while. I'm sorry, but when we paid to get in, we were under the impression that this is the only thing we are actually paying for in there- to use the various stations as much as we'd like during our paid time! Instead, they kept insisting that she can't keep coming back to this station (because then they'd have to get up and do their actual job?), after she was away from that station. When went to ask the manager what rule could possibly turn a kid away from the ONLY THING this place is there for, the manager attempted to walk us back there but actually repeated these teens' same claim to us. What?!! Dear zavazone: when we, the customers, pay to get in to an amusement place for the kids to use all of the facilities as many times as they wish within the two paid hours inside, then the kids are allowed to actually use the facilities as many times as they wish!!! You will not turn children away and you may not make them cry and ruin our experience in this place (which we will not be returning to again)!!! Fix your employee training!

Place is pretty cool. My son went here for a birthday party and had a great time. We saw some of the activities and they are pretty cool. Looks like everyone was having fun. Focus too much in bounce...need more ninja stuff!!

The place was very clean and orderly. Wonderful staff. Prices are very comfortable. If you plan on having a party or get together, best to book online or try a group on ticket

We went and had a fun time lots to do for kids although it was a little crowded everything still went pretty fast it was very entertaining and they have a little observation room so the parents can sit and watch their children and they also have massage chairs where you can sit down and have a massage while your kids are playing it was very nice

Went with 2 7yo grandsons. Lots to do, very fun! I wish I had this as a child! The kids did get frustrated at some things that they struggled with but that's life, they need to learn perseverance. They were worn out after 2 hours! It is pricey though.

We went with 11 & 13 year old girls and two 16 year old boys. There are trampolines, trampoline dodgeball, jousting, and 1/2 the upstairs is rope attached obstacles. At first sight, the 16 year olds said "this is just for little kids" but All the kids had a blast.
Tip: kids need sneakers for much of this. (I had not seen this on the website) They also required my daughter to put her hair in a ponytail.
Parent lounge has massage chairs, TV, free coffee - we took advantage of these.
Con: we paid for 1 hour which was good but you stand in line for 10 minutes to get a ticket and wait in line to get on the high ropes & get your harness attached. So their time seemed cut short b/c if that.
Overall worth $20 per person for an hour!

Went during winter break to entertain kids on a day off. $34 for 2 hours, ouch! I paid for two children. Fortunately, the crowd was not bad at 11:00 AM on a Wednesday. Completed waivers and paid online, which made things very simple upon arrival.
They asked when checking in if we planned to do the course upstairs. If so, they would assign you a time for it. Kids were up there for 15 minutes or so for the training before being allowed to start the course. I cannot say how well the training was because we could not go back without a ticket.
Pro's: Nice variety of options for the kids. Each activity had at least one staff member. Staff appeared to be engaged and monitoring things well. Several were on the floor to stop and ask a quick question, which was helpful. There is a parent room upstairs with several comfortable sofas and chairs. They even offer FREE coffee in the parent room! There is a bathroom upstairs and several down stairs. Vending machines offering water, $2 per bottle. Not as a bad as I thought it would be.
Con's: Bathrooms need to be monitored and cleaned more frequently. There are lots of kids coming and going in the bathrooms and they seemed to be messy (toilets). Helmets... this was our biggest disappointment. Kids share the same two helmets at the slide area. They are NOT spraying them between uses. No helmets are used anywhere. Honestly, I think every customer participating in the activities should have the option to have a sanitized helmet. There are a lot of metal bars throughout and I think the helmet would be a safe and smart option. I also do not think customers should be charged to rent one. The price is already ridiculous. Finally, the dodgeball area was busy. I do think those attendants could have been a little more proactive in monitoring the on-going activity between the kids.
Final thought, this is one of the places that I would enjoy more often during the year if the cost was less or they offered coupons. If that were the case, in the end, they would make more money off of someone like me. However, the price is the biggest deterrent for future visits. I also do not recommend this for family's with very young children. The obstacle courses are too much for little ones.

It's a genius business idea but a scam for consumers. They charge by the hour, and you wait in line after line. Most of our time was waiting to take a turn. What should have been so much fun, turned out to be a big, EXPENSIVE disappointment. AS if the hourly price wasn't bad enough, they make you buy their special socks and pay for a locker if you feel the need to lock valuables. Don't bother unless you really just want to waste money,

Yes, they have you sign a waiver. So if you injure yourself on their poorly designed, unsupervised equipment it's your fault. My kid had a blast, for the most part and wants to go back. I suppose he's not as impacted by the events as I am. There was one attendant between the individual trampoline area and the dodge ball area. So you have one teenager who is suppose to be supervising two separate areas who is more interesting in checking out Facebook and sending out tweets. On several occasions there where kids engaged in physically fights on the dodge ball court that I had to break up because no one else was around. Parents, don't hide away in the parent room, your kid could be in danger on the court and no one would know. There regular prices are high and not warranted. I would never pay their regular price. Although this place has other options that other local trampoline parks do not, I have a favorite and ZavaZone is not it.

Wow. What a great place! Lots of fun things to do. Loved the high ropes and ninja warrior course. Some of the obstacles are pretty hard even though they look so easy on tv. We went and it wasn't very crowded so we really didn't have to wait for anything. I would definitely recommend going when it's not crowded. We went at 11am.
Had a great time. The place is new and very very clean! There are plenty of staff members to help get you going on and off the obstacles. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The jumping trampolines were good. Lots of space but you have to buy their sticky socks or come with your own. They were only $2 though so no big deal there.
It's a little expensive though, but ok for a special occasion. Will probably be going back when my son gets a little older...he is only 5. He was able to do plenty of things and loved the jumping, but he was too short for many of the things. I think this place is geared more towards the 8+ kids.
One thing I didn't care for much was the waver. It says that you play at your own risk...fine. Then it goes on to say they are not responsible for equipment failures...really? Then who is?? How can they say that? You basically put your life in their hands and dangle from the ceiling on a hook and they claim no responsibility? I don't see that holding up well if anything ever broke!! Only gave 4 stars because of this otherwise would be 5.
