Although Howard County is criss-crossed by several major national highways, it is still possible to find scenic rural vistas. Chapel View Farm with its Keep Stables on the south side of Woodbine is one such location. Although the stables offer dressage and working equitation, we came for a relaxing afternoon just to watch the horses roam aimably around the pastures. We were not disappointed.
