Right on the CCRT which is the best trail to bike with kids and family. This shop is perfectly located with friendly and accommodating staff who are patient and helpful.

Cannot believe how rude these 2 college age kids behind the desk were to me. They took my money but never explained where to pick up my bike first of all. Then during my ride on the Rail Trail I had a lot of trouble with my bike changing gears for no reason. It happened just about the whole time I had the bike which was so annoying, but I just kept going. When I returned, I told the rude young man that he might need to check this bike before he rented it to someone else. He mumbled something back to me which I could not understand. I then asked if I could possibly get some type of discount due to having such a frustrating ride and he just said very curtly "No" and pointed to the sign posted "No Refunds." I would have at least expected an apology of some kind. I did ask for the manager's name and they gave me his number. When I called and explained the situation, he was just as rude and could have cared less about my issue with the bike.

Do NOT rent from this place. The location is great but the customer service is horrible. We rented yesterday and my wife had a bike that was malfunctioning after a few miles. When we returned the bike, we asked about some form of credit due to the bike's condition and the kid behind the counter (Micheal) was very rude and just pointed to a "No Refund" sign and actually used profanity as we were leaving. When I called the owner (Dan), to share my poor experience and how the kid spoke to us, he was equally rude and hung up the phone as I was attempting to explain. I am sure there are other bike rental shops in town that actually care about your business so I encourage anyone that values being treated with respect to give them your money.

Very nice bikes & helmets, right on the Rail Trail. We enjoyed our family bike ride and they fitted us with adult and kid bikes as well as a trailer bike. They have tandems as well.

the owner has set standards of customer service where the answer when they mess up is " Welcome to Cape Cod in the Fall" as the final answer. I would go to anyone else rather than get unsatisfactory customer service from them again. Buyer beware.... no recourse once they take your money, no matter what.

Great bike shop located on Cape Cod Rail Trail! Not only did it have great equipment for my husband and I but they also had equipment for my 3 & 1 year old. The helmets fit the kids perfectly and the bike trailer worked great! Especially for novices. Great place to rent from!

We rented a couple of bikes and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Nice free parking lot, and the Cape Cod Trail is right at the site. Service was friendly and informative.

We walked in and out with bikes in under 5 minutes, very efficient. Owner gave us a great recommendation for a route. Bikes were high quality.

Bikes were fine. Prices were reasonable. It’s a great place to get on the CCRT, you can go left toward Harwich and have a lovely ride past beautiful ponds and through peaceful forests.
That said, the older man behind the counter is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Interestingly, he was slightly less rude to my husband.
I won’t go back to this business.
