Super easy!! We rented two bikes online. You can choose the size bike you want based on the height of the person. We elected to have the bikes delivered and picked up from our rental property which make this even easier. The bikes were in great shape and came with locks and helmets. We paid a small fee to add baskets!! So convenient!!
My only suggestion would be to have the bikes come with a map of the bike trail. We went by the shop to pick up a map, hoping to get a few to give to each person in our group but they only had one copied map left.

We have rented bikes from Brewster Bike for a number of years when we come to Cape Cod - their bikes are always in great condition, and they deliver them (for a small fee), so it's super easy! The latest online rental platform is pretty intuitive and simple to use; we had a couple bikes we needed to remove from the total after we'd already processed the rental, and they were very accommodating. Their weekly rental prices are cheaper than the bike rental places closer to the house we stayed in, which also is a huge plus.

We had a great trouble free day using the rental bikes. They were well maintained and very reasonably priced.

My wife's 21 speed bike had a failure of the rear derailleur. I took it over to Brewster Bike based on excellent reviews I read here. Larry, the owner, was busy with multiple issues, but took time to fix this problem that was caused by multiple issues - cable fail and derailleur fail. It was an awesome experience. He was so quick with his ability to analyze the problem and over extremely affordable solutions.
I give Larry and his team my highest rating.
I would have never thought that in the peak of summer season at a vacation destination I could find such friendly expertise and outstanding value.

Brought our own bikes but needed some quick fixes before we rode. Folks were extremely courteous and helpful, and prices were very fair. Location can't be beat either--park in the back, and jump right on the bike trail.
