When we first visited it was super busy, kids running all over the place! The kids bounced for a few minutes but then we left because it was super overwhelming.
Next time it was a birthday party. Still very crowded and felt very rushed.
One major turnoff for me is that they won't allow parents into the inflatables. My youngest was stuck in there and couldn't get out and we had to search someone down and have them go in to help him. Kids are very rude and pushy, and the staff can't possibly keep an eye out for all of them. My oldest was cornered in the back of one of the inflatables and we couldn't see her and weren't allowed in to go find her. Both kids were done after that.
