Quiet seclusion awaits, although neither properties on either side of the road are very big or have big views, both are so quiet and peaceful, if you are luck enough to get 1 of the 4 parking spaces (plus maybe 2 more illegal parking spaces). Of note, there is adjunct parking at the edge of the Charles River on Bridge St, only a few more spots though, so if you do get a spot, you will basically be alone when you are in enjoying this woods walk.
Pros:
-4-6 parking spaces = solitude
-No dogs/no dog poop bags
-Great river view picnic spot at the edge of Peter's Reservation
-Stone walls, forest, swamps and many different routes to walk.
Cons:
-4-6 parking spaces = no luck getting one.
-No overlook views
-Free parking (although you should be a paying member to enjoy Trustee's properties)
Of note, several other nearby Trustees properties if you are S.O.L. getting a parking spot: Noanet Woods, Pagan Hill, Rocky Narrows, etc.

The two reservations are small but combined are well worth the visit. Use caution when crossing the road (fast traffic and lousy sight-lines). Chase seemed flatter terrain and Peters had a nice mix of single-track and double track and you can connect with other trails.

Reviewers have noted, "good place to walk your dog." Signs are posted. Dogs are not allowed.
People ride horses through here. So be aware. Slow down when you see horses and announce yourself. Thank You

80 acres of woods and trails, near Peters Reservation and the Charles River. Good for riding (horses), dog walking, or hiking. Limited parking (4 or 5 spots). Maintained by The Trustees of Reservations, who are fine stewards of this kind of open space.
