I have gone to this salon for 20 years and strongly disagree with the previous reviewers. Buddy,David and the management have always been beyond responsive, professional and kind. They have ALWAYS been willing to hear if there are issues and respond, immediately. I have had one concern in 20 years and they were terrific. They are the best salon in the area, by far. I felt I needed to correct this. I never leave reviews. Kathleen

The spa here has changed dramatically over the years. Years ago they had bathrobes, showers and a locker room. That is gone.They still offered bathrobes last time I went there but they didn't offer them this time. When I arrived I was seated in the waiting room with people waiting for haircuts. I asked if they still had their tranquility room and was told yes and I was escorted to it. I don't think I should have had to ask. My massage itself was good. (I had the female masseuse) but I was put in a room next to where they do another service and the people were talking so loud. It was not very relaxing. My masseuse asked them to quiet down. Also the room itself was very bright. Usually massage rooms are dimly lit. After the massage I was again being escorted out instead of being offered the use of their tranquility room. After a 90 minute massage I don't want to get up and run out the door. The tranquility room is one of the reasons I chose to come here. I was very disappointed.

The management at this salon does not stand by their work. They will take your money and seem sweet and super attentive for years...as long as you are happy. The first time you expect them to stand behind a poor experience, they refuse.
