I'm an average golfer hitting in the 90s for 18 holes, and I found this course right up my alley. Overall it is a short course, but it does give you a few chances to break out the big stick and drive for the green. The course is pretty open and gives you many chances to find your ball that might have drifted off to the side. For a state ran course, the quality of the course was in really good condition and they take their tee times seriously so that everyone who wants to play can get out there. I really had a great laid back experience that challenged my enough to make it fun and thoughtful why not getting overly winded. If you're around, this is a great bang for your buck.

My family LOVES mini golf, and it's a very competitive atmosphere when me and my two sons (ages 19 & 23) play. We look for mini golf courses everywhere we travel, and that's how we found Pine Meadows in Massachusetts.
At first glance, we thought this appeared to be a relatively easy course and also a course that needed a little TLC....certainly, it needed some upkeep.
By the time we finished, however, we had had an absolute blast!
First off, for $6 per adult per round, the price was certainly right. Our previous stop on this vacation was in Auburn and it cost us $10 / person. $6 per person was a welcome relief.
NOTE: Pine Meadows does NOT accept credit cards....this is cash only.
On the con side, the course does need some upkeep....the chain link fence around the property is rusted and banged up....the grass needed cutting....the decorative shrubs have somewhat overgrown some things. But the holes themselves were in good condition, and what had appeared (from the street) to be a pretty straight-forward (read: easy) course, quickly proved to be a bit of a challenge. Though certainly not the toughest course we've played, this was no pushover, which was the way we liked it.
As a surprise, when we wrapped up, the operator treated us all to free ice cream! It was a great way to wrap up a pleasant evening of mini-golf.

Pine Meadows is a relatively short par 35 course with 3 tees: White 2721/110/64.5, Gold 2410/108/63.2, and Red 2214. In spite of the recent several days of heavy rain the fairways were in good condition, although the rough did get soggy in places. The holes played mostly straight and are wide enough to avoid losing your ball. The par 4 3rd hole is an uphill with the hole on the right. The par 3 4th brings you back downhill and has a nice view. The closing par 3 9th is downhill over water that will make or break you day.
A nice nine hole public golf course owned by the Town of Lexington that is well maintained by the managing gold company.
