I attended a couple of classes of all-levels yoga while spending a week in North Adams. The classes were taught by Devin, and they were amazing - Devin created a great atmosphere of mindfulness and was extremely detailed and helpful in describing poses. The information about adaptations and props was some of the most helpful I've ever heard in a yoga class. (I'm by no means a yoga maven, but I've been to a number of different classes over the years.) I ended up scheduling a private session for myself and a friend, and Devin gave us both excellent advice about our particular challenges (both of us being middle-aged women with Issues). The studio was a great find, and I learned some things that will shape my yoga practice going forward.
