They would not take booking over phone even though it was clear there was an issue with booking via website.
Tour guide had a thick accent. We,well as others, could not understand 90% of what he said.
Van was very hot if you sat in the back, too crowded when they force full capacity seating.
My follow up phone conversation with the “first impression” manager about our issues was unacceptable, he needs to take some basic customer service lessons.
Use a different tour group or just buy an all day ticket on public bus. You can use the free tourist map and google. It will be a lot cheaper, more informative and you can make multiple stops to experience more of the island.

This was by far the worst tour I have ever been on. Yes it may be a 14 passenger van, but that doesn’t mean you should put 14 people on there. We were like sardines in a van. Now the worst part was the tour guides microphone sounded like he had marbles in his mouth. We should have just sat in parking lot and listened to a recording because we got no where near anything he was talking about. Spend your $50 pp somewhere else!!!!

This tour is great for getting you oriented to the island so you can plan what you may want to see more. If you are limited on time, the tour hits the highlights. The guide is talking the entire tour, so you get a lot of information also.

Without question, Troy, our van driver, made this the best island tour we ever experienced.
His erudite, intriguing information about Martha's Vineyard made the time go by so fast. He was a joy to listen to, and easy to understand. He had a wealth of information at his fingertips and shared it in a clever way that made it enjoyable for every passenger. Would take this tour again with Troy in a second!
The van did not stop in front of sites except for the midway Cliffs stop, which was quite scenic. Otherwise, a wonderful tour.

Amazing tour! The van was small and comfortable and the tour guide, Troy, was incredible! He was extremely knowledgeable and really loved his community. His storytelling with facts and legends was terrific. We have been coming to MV since the 70’s and never knew all of the history and fun facts until this tour. We will be back for sure!

I highly recommend the incredible tour of Martha’s Vineyard offered by this company! In July 2022, Troy was our amazing tour guide on this multi-hour, enthralling review of the history, culture, geography, and sociology of this awesome island. The small group tour in a very comfortable van made it an intimate and fun experience. We even befriended the other tourists! Do not miss this wonderful tour opportunity.

What a great tour and tour guide. We decided to see Martha's Vineyard like a tourist (which we were). The price was reasonable, in a van of 10 people, air conditioned and comfortable, our tour guide drove around all of Martha's Vineyard. He told us about the old and the new, the rich and the poor, the history and the progress. and he had a great sense of humor. Such a great way to learn about the island.

Great tour of the island. Nice cool van inside. Located at our hotel The Dockside Inn. Driver was very knowledgeable of the island. Got a chance to get off of the Van for 25 minutes at the Cliffs and get a photo of our group.

I think they do 2 tours per day. 10 and 2. I would make a reservation .
