Worst experience of women's week. Went for Olivia party in pouring rain. No place to put wet coats. Owner Susan was a totally unprofessional, extremely disrespectful. Did not spend any further money in establishment. Don't subsidize this person with overpriced drinks by the way. Stay away!!!!

Ghost town this past week.. Overpriced drinks, no atmosphere and no people.. Very sad.. Skip it and stay home..

Checking out the bars on Sunday. This place on a busy weekend was dead. Drinks are way over priced and not that great. On to the next bar.

After coming to P-town for 20 years, we were always assured that half the crowd from the Boatslip went immediately to Pied to carry on.....we were always assured a super fun mix of men and women, great drinks, fun dance music and a good vibe, even if the cover was always a little steep. Now, here we are Sunday prior to July 4th, 2018 with no cover charge, bad drinks and no people, I mean NO people, the vibe is dead and I long for the fun days of the place I used to know. It is still a great space, with a wonderful view, but no one to share it with, to meet, or to dance with.....I suspect it has to do with the price of an under-poured cocktail....in a word "weak and expensive". Bring back the cover charge and the strong drinks, and fun vibe and the magic formula would bring back the magic vibe.....oh well, everything changes I guess, sorry to see this place die so hard.

Pied Bar is not the Pied Piper of yore......apparently still primarily a gathering place for women though....Stopped by late off-season and it was quiet....Same old, same old Pied with not much changed....It always afforded a FuN place to dance, take in the Bay deck view while tossing back a drink trying to hear conversation above the beat and din....Nostalgia dictates a visit every now and again. I hear it is hopping during womxn/women's weeks, some say during season after Tea-Dance too. I remember days of lore with Pam & Linda, Jackie Mac, Wendy H. Big bouncers at the door checking you through- the line to Commercial St. down the alley, Bar-backs and bartenders too many to name since 72,,,, Baby dykes, butches, femmes & bi-friends, an occasional questioning guy long before gender studies, LGBTQA*!#+0001 and identity politics. The Pied Bar one iteration or another always sounding out the tune to join-in and follow the song to the edge of the world by the Sea.

The Pied USED to be THE place to go after Tea Dance! So, being the start of Women's Week, we decided to revisit. There was no cover charge to get in, so that was a plus! But, come on!! The drinks are over the top expensive!! $12 each for a vodka and soda in a small glass??!! And not high end vodka mind you! Just WAY too expensive. The music was good, and the view outside was great! Lighting inside a bit brighter than it should be... Disappointed.

This place was busy during women's week with after tea dance. Nice place to meet people. A little too well lit, the DJ was not stellar and the drinks are expensive. Stick to beers. Pool table inside, clean bathrooms, lovely patio outside over looking the water.

Liked this place, was big for P-town, but the crowds came and went! Not really much happening here to hold a crowd unless there was a special event. GREAT patio to sit with a drink and watch the water, boats, and sunset! Drinks were quick, and service was better than average!

The Grile has the best food I have ever tasted. It is a must try. Sit down on the deck and view the Harbor . Order a nice cool drink and then wait till you taste the food. You will return

This place is a go-to when I travel to P-town. Reasonably priced drinks and an AMAZING view of the water. Less crowded and a little more mature crowd (usually) than the competition. Also had a nice grill area for daytime eats.
