Wish I could give more that 5 stars to this crew! These guys were so helpful to our wedding party. They played cute wedding song on the ride over, they made sure we got to our sailboat ride on time (and even picked up our tix), and finally had cups for our champagne waiting at the dock for us. They went above and beyond again and again. Fantastic experience!

A fun, easy way to get over to Long Point. I enjoy exploring and rock collecting as well as getting close-ups of the iconic lighthouse. Fun for a couple hours or for the day.

We had a really fun day going out to Long Point Beach and it was fabulous! The round trip rides were on time, safety precautions taken and very efficient. The ride was quick and I wasn’t even upset that the waves soaked me! We spent a couple hours and it was really peaceful! Can’t wait to go back!

We wish the phone guy attendant told us about the free parking. We paid at a lot nearby. Otherwise the boat ride out to Long Point is very pleasant and we saw seals in the water near the tip by the lighthouse. You can just stay on the boat without leaving and that is what we did, just enjoying a ride in the harbor. Beautiful views can be had from the water as you can see in our photos below. $30 for two people was well worth it. Just a tip: Your feet will probably get wet from splashing waves coming on the front of the boat.

It has been a dream of mine to take this shuttle across Provincetown harbor to Long Point, the "end of the world" (well, the end of Cape Cod, anyway.) The captain is an accomplished seaman and the crew member funny and friendly. The shuttle goes out to Long Point from the harbor (it is no longer an option to leave from the West End of town) twice an hour, and the crew endeavors to get a sense of when you are thinking of coming back. The shuttle only runs during the warmer month s, so take advantage of the opportunity to save yourself a lo-o-ong walk out there from the jetty. Cash only, payable on board; tips are always welcome.

The shuttle to Long Point is very pleasant. It seems to run constantly on the half hour, at least in Aug. The staff is friendly and relaxed. They inquire aobut yorur return trip, but are quick to explain that you are nto held to a return time. They ran on time while we were there. It is a bit expensive in my opinion, but it does allow you to explore Long Point without spening much of your day just to get there.

Very nice way to head over to the beach at the Lighthouse. Relaxing trip and a very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend!

Should have had this 20 years ago when I walked all the way out to the point!!
What a fantastic idea! Just went for the ride this time but next time I am going to be prepared to spend hours out there! It's a $15 cost (less than getting into the National Seashore beaches) and the beaches are clean and sparsely populated! (One downfall would be lack of restrooms though).

You are allowed to have dogs on the Long Point shuttle with some rare exceptions for piping plover nesting. Captain Steve offen has a biscuit

Yes, the crew is very accommodating with regard to loading and unloading. At peak season space might become and issue, but I doubt it. I am not sure if the shuttle is still running, but in concept I think you can absolutely bring along items for a longer stay at the beach.
