In a post-pandemic world where we seem to be asked for our patience in accepting higher prices with lesser services the Majestic Theater is such a refreshing change. For a ticket price of less than $40 you can enjoy a Broadway caliber production in an intimate setting. My family and I enjoyed Mamma Mia this evening. I have seen the show in NYC twice. The first time I saw it was October 2001. The advertisements for the show depicted audience members singing along with the cast members in a party like frenzy. Times changed drastically between the time we purchased our tickets and the time we went. Although, people had returned to Broadway and NYC to show resilience and support, no one was in the mood to have an all-out dance party. Well, tonight I had my party. The cast treated us to a three-song encore and the theater erupted in dance. I spent the intermission googling the cast. They were mostly all local actors. I expected to find that they were a touring company because they were all THAT GOOD. The real-life mother/daughter team that played Donna and Sophie were amazing. After years of watching Pierce Brosnan attempt to sing, the actor that portrayed Sam tonight had a great voice. I've been to the Majestic many times before. I have always enjoyed myself, but this show was exceptionally good.

Went to see Freddie Marion, Dan Kane and a variety of singers. We have been here for different shows, and plays. Always good entertainment, a cafe serving food and drinks.

the plays here are always wonderful. Great acting, outstanding sets. Friendly staff. Adorable cafe and decent prices for food.

The Majestic Theater is a nice intimate theater-not a bad seat in the house. On street parking, or park in CVS parking lots or one of the banks after business hours. The Majestic also has a little cafe where you can buy snacks and drinks. You are also allowed to bring your snacks and drinks, including wine, into the theater with you.

great atmosphere combined with a friendly staff and quality entertainment resulted in a wonderful visit to the Majestic. viewing is great from any seat and the acoustics are good. the cafe adds that local feel to the day

We have been to Two presentations at the Majestic and loved them both. All the seats were full, the actors and singers and musicians were excellent. Also, the cake and treats served during the break were also very tasty. We will go again!

I travel frequently throughout the northeast and indulge in the numerous community theaters I find in the area. Majestic Theater has become one of my top favorites. The theater itself is small with all seats providing an intimate stage view. I have always found parking on the street where the theater is located and occasionally enjoyed a treat from their concession stand. Years ago I purchased one of my favorite scarves in the small store in their lobby. Most important, the all of the shows have been exceptional in talent and storylines. I especially enjoyed "The War and Walt Whipple" which was written and directed by a Danny Eaton. I felt like I attended a world premier of a play I hope will be shared with larger audiences in the future. Just recently I had the pleasure of seeing "The Mountaintop" played by only two Broadway quality actors. My daughter and I spoke about the play for days after attending with emotions that are still with us. I highly recommend that if one is ever within driving distance of the theater (we usually travel from the Berkshires, an easy drive on the Mass Turnpike), that they take advantage of the artful quality plays the theater offers. I look forward to attending many more of their events in the future.

This a a wonderful theater with both local and New York talent. I had season tickets for years and brought my kids from the time they were around 6 years old. Most shows are great.

The play was great and so were the amenities. There is a small coffee/wine shop in the lobby. The seats are comfortable, the venue is intimate, and there are no bad seats.

In central W. Springfield, the theatre has quality productions with very reasonable prices. Intimate, but not too small, and good lines of sight. Friendly bar service at intermission. Consider dinner at Bnapoli across the street before the play.
