I went to see this show at the Hanover Theatre having great expectations but unfortunately it was the worst show I have experienced at the venue. The venue is amazing but it did not provide for any monitors for people in the balcony or in the back of the orchestra to be part and engage in the interaction the magicians had with the spectators in the front. As for the magicians their magic was anything but magical- only one segment was great ( the math one) , everything else was horrible. Many people around me left 25 minutes after the show had started. The show was not cheap and I’m very disappointed that Hanover allowed this show at their venue.👎

Beetlejuice was spectacular! Casting.... awesome! Production.... amazing! I loved all the beautifully macabre moments. See this cast, they were amazing.

We frequently attend shows, musical events at The Hanover. We love it. It is so convenient, with reasonable parking rates, excellent restaurants close by. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is excellent.

The Hanover Theatre website online ticket sales system is glitchy. Your credit card may get charged but sales receipts and tickets never issued. The box office staff will indicate no knowledge of how the payment systems work if you call for help, and they are rude and unhelpful. Should you manage to obtain tickets and attend a show, you'll find that the volunteer ushers also are rude and unhelpful. The last time I attended, the ushers shut and blocked the doors to seating five minutes before the scheduled Intermission ended, forcing me and several other theatre-goers to miss most of the second half of the Shen Yun show. No explanation, apology, or refund was offered. I will not be returning to this theatre.

Went to see Hadestown with my friend. A beautiful venue with friendly staff and ushers. Having the art and writing projects from students in the area was a fantastic addition to the communal atmosphere. The price of the tickets was worth the show 100%.

A beautiful theater. It began in the early 1900's as the Franklin Square Theatre for vaudeville shows and movies. I recommend the historical afternoon tour when available. The architecture for Poli's Palace designed by Thomas W. Lamb is gorgeous.

this is a stunning place to see a show. there are many to choose from. it's worth traveling to plus many fun restaurants nearby. seating is comfortable, each seat has good accoustics. I cannot wait to return.

We went to usher for our seats and were sent upstairs. With someone in our party having mobility issues it took a while to get there. That usher said it was too late to enter, and that we could have entered in our first entrance attempt! So that was frustrating. But once allowed in we had comfortable seats with good sound for the musical performance. It is not too crowded so able to get through break with both restroom and bar stop. It wasn't clear where to park, but we happened upon on-street parking so got lucky.

If your in Worcester, love buildings and appreciate something old turned to something new , check this place out. I remember going to the movies here.

Very good show. Old theater but very well maintained. The show quality was great. Highly recommend. Very good experience.

Is the Hanover theater air conditioned? Attending a graduation there this week and it’s suppose to be 86 degrees out.

The Theater Cafe on Main St about 400 feet from the Hanover. ShangriLa for Chinese. Less than .5 miles is Nonnas for pizza and Italian. Nonnas has its own parking lot. There is an Uno’s near DCU.
