Loved the decorations. They had karaoke the nite we stopped in. Looked by the menu they had a full kitchen. Drinks were great.

Had an amazing time at Berts! Bert has amazing hospitality and great food! A definite place to visit while in the Detroit area. Great jazz, food and people. What more could you ask for?!

Right in the heart of Detroits Eastern Market. The BBQ ribs, and chicken are outstanding. Do not forget the mac and cheese also outstanding. Outdoor seating available. Highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable too.

Eastern Market soul emporium...Mac Cheese and greens are The Gospel...Bert is outside and about to meet and greet say hello...Ribs smoked nicely are done in thin vinegar sauce ...They have a DJ on Saturdays...Plenty of parking at the Eastern Market...Friendly to go and must buy a Save Berts T-shirt

Went to eastern market and stop at this resturant for a bite....most amazing staff and the food was spectacular
