So much to do here. We went twice and would have went again but had other things to do on our agenda. Everytime the kids saw the highway signs they begged to go there again. So much to do and learn so blessed much. YOU HAVE TO GO HERE. New facility that just opened in July 2022. And the bookstore prices are very similar to local stores.

The exhibit was good and interactive. The grandchildren had fun. The Wild Kratts was very nice and the instruments fun to play. It is a nice way to spend an afternoon

The Sloan Museum is in the process of being moved back to it's more permanent home near the Flint Institute of Art & for the moment is housed in what is becoming an abandoned shopping center in Courtland Square Mall. What is there though is worth the admission price simply because of the variety of cars & also right now an exhibit on robotic insects which is fascinating as well. I'll be curious to see on a future visit exactly how much more this has to offer since from what I've seen it's a decent piece of a museum that is in a temporary home.

Went to part of the Sloan auto exhibition inside a maul ,obviously not the full experience but a few interesting cars dating from the early 1900's to the 1970's most built around this area there is a animated animal section to keep the kids busy while the men can look at the cars.

They are always moving things around and have great history of the area for the size it is always a great visit. A better place if you have the time is greenfield village but the Sloan is always a great way to spend the afternoon.

They had a great exhibit on race, and prejudice. Great exhibits on Flint history. I was especially impressed with UAW history and sit down strike.

A must place to go see and do not forget to go to their shopping center a few miles away to see the classic cars and animated Jurassic world of Dinosaurs. You will not be disappointed. I put this place up there with the Smithsonian in D/C and all the Chicago museums.
