yes u can. but then it is too hectic to be done. too much of walk and ups and downs. eventually u will have to leave it somewhere or the other.

Your trip should be half day each at Konark and Puri sightseeing. Jaganath temple will be another half day plues beach in the evening. You should spend a day in Bhubaneshwar to see Lingraj temple and the many museums which are all very nice. I suggest a max of 5 days

The work being done is strengthening the structure. No one is allowed in the center of the temple, it has been mud filled. 3. This is no more a temple since the main deities are all in ruins.
