Un lugar agradable, tranquilo, en contacto con la naturaleza. La habitación con aire acondicionado muy limpia con olor agradable, el baño con agua caliente y muy higiénico.

I love this ranch and the owners. They were so kind, and gave us a warm Nicaragua greeting. It is gorgeous, and I felt so at peace when here. The food was wonderful, and the staff was super friendly. You will not regret coming here!

Emplacement magnifique entre mer et montagnes, près de Léon. Rustique et soigné à la fois, décoré avec élégance. Propriétaires très avenants et accommodants, déterminés à nous faire vivre une expérience unique. Expérience inoubliable d'équitation avec Mario sur les magnifiques chevaux pinto vivant en quasi liberté dans une nature superbe. Repas partagés avec une attention toute personnelle. On y retourne sans hésiter et avec grand plaisir!

The room was very nice and the walk around the property was amazing. If you like nature, you will see amazing scenery. Your hosts and staff were wonderful and the food was very good.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights. The owner is simply amazing ! Very welcoming, very friendly and very helpful! We had an amazing time there, the food is very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Only few minutes from the beach and from leon. We would come back anytime !

Nous avons passé deux jours dans ce coin de paradis situé entre Leon et la plage Las penitas. Le propriétaire du ranch s'est occupé de nous comme si nous étions des mêmbres de sa famille.

Rancho Los Alpes was one of the place we took our tourist when we gave them a tour of Leon and around. The attention they give you here is super. All the people, owners and staff, treat you very nice and the food in incredible. There is loads to do and for all kind of groups you can find a suitable activity. You can just relax and enjoy the view or make your hands dirty and milk some cows or make some tortillas. The surrounding forest is nice to have a stroll and we need to go back to enjoy their other activities that they offer.
A little hidden paradise close to beautiful but noisy Leon. A real good place that everybody should visit.

My daughter and I just came back from Nicaragua. Our last stop was Rancho Los Alpes, which was a beautiful, wonderful, scenic place! We happened to be the only guests at the time, and received the royal treatment from the staff and owners. The hospitality was gracious, the food was delicious and the scenery gorgeous! Unfortunately the lagoon was dry, so we could not go zip-lining. This was, of course, beyond anyone's control, so we did not mind. The only negative was the toilet in our room, which "misbehaved" constantly.
All-in-all a beautiful, relaxing place. If we go back to Nica, we'll definitely stay there again.

My mom and I came here after escaping the hustle and bustle of Granada and Leon. We took the local busses here from Leon, which wasn't too bad, and walked the 1.5 kilometers to the entrance. The walk was on a nice secluded road, so don't be worried if you didn't arrange transportation beforehand. However, if you have a lot of luggage, I'd definitely get a taxi!
Oddly enough, we were the only guests staying at the ranch our entire three nights there. I got the impression that the ranch mostly does day tours and not overnight guests, but it was definitely nice (if not a little eerie) having the place all to ourselves!
The lagoon was all dried up while we were there (keep this in mind if you are going during dry season), but there was still horseback riding and cow milking. The horses are extremely docile and we even got to practice cantering and trotting with them. If you aren't a horse person, don't worry, these horses are very calm and I had no problems at all even though it's been nearly a decade since I've ridden. Definitely try it!
The cow milking was quite an experience too! Harder than it looks, but fun.
The best part of this place were the views and walking around the property. Definitely go on foot around some of the trails in the woods, and ask the staff if they can set up a bonfire for you at night!
The best part? This place is pretty damn affordable considering what you get (meals, tours, etc.). The staff were super friendly and very accommodating of my vegetarian diet.

O hotel tem área para motorhome com possibilidade de uso de energia elétrica, além de contar com camas em dormitórios. Os banheiros são muito limpos e o chuveiro frio é uma delícia no calor que faz. Os donos são muito gentis e às vezes eles fazem um jantar especial para todos os hóspedes interagirem, com pratos típicos. Nos dias que estivemos havia muitos mosquitos mas falaram que não é normal.
