They like customers to be there 15 minutes before so that they can do intros and explain things. I along with a few others arrived there literally 14 minutes before, and the staff turned us away because they looked too lazy. There were no other customers there and we were the only ones. What a terrible place that they turn down customers because we are 1 minute late.

We took a group of six 15-16 year-old girls to escape from The President's Bunker. Monique led them through the experience in a helpful and friendly way. It was tons of fun and really stretched the girls' minds. What a treat to have them interact, collaborate, and escape with a few minutes to spare.

My wife and I went on my birthday. This was one of my birthday gifts. Had an AWESOME time. I was truly not thinking I was going to enjoy my time. I am quite the opposite of a puzzle solver, but puzzle solving skills are not the most important part of the escape in my opinion. Plus you will have help from one of the workers. Colby was of great assistance to me and my wife. If you can request Coldy please do yourself a favor and do so!!!

We had an enjoyable hour with 8 family members and friends with the youngest being 11 escaping the library. It was fun and challenging. The head librarian, Monique made this a very pleasurable experience and we look forward to trying another room in the future.

We went into the Sherlock Holmes library room. There were five girls all ages 11 and two adults. The girls had a blast trying to figure out the problems. It took us 59 minutes and 59 seconds but we actually escaped !!! They were so excited and had so much fun!!! Before we left the building they were asking if they could do it again just a different room .
My husband commented at how clean and well lit the place was.
The only negative comment I heard was, we expected the library room to look more like a library.

I had my son’s 12th Birthday Party there and it was a great success. If you are looking for a good challenge this is your place. The kids participated in the Library and escaped in 52 minutes. This place stands out from others because it provides a very clean and upscale environment, no zombies or jump scares, perfect for the sophisticated crowd looking for an intellectual challenge. We reserved enough spots to have a private room. I also appreciated that there was is employee in the room during your escape. Highly recommend, the boys want to come back and try the Gameroom next.

Anyone have a promo code? With the fees this ends up being like $30/person. Not much of a discount if you book the whole room even.
They don't have promo codes but now you can have a private room as long as you book 4 or more tickets.
