Shocked that this course was so beautiful, challenging, and in such excellent condition. Totally a links-style course with a lot of sand (and wind on this summer day). If one sprays his ball you will find trouble everywhere. Accuracy is paramount. Truly amazing course in top-notch condition.

We played beaches golf course today, 7/20/22. The course was very nice; however, the pro shop employee was not. He was rude from the get go. When we checked in to pay, he informed us that a league would be starting in the next ten minutes and that we had to play fast. We have all golfed many times before, but we still consider ourselves to be beginners. We did play as fast as we could which made it a bit stressful. I suggest that the course block that tee time rather than ask paying customers to play as fast as the possibly can.

I’ve been a member at Beeches Golf Course since it opened. The course is a challenging layout, but fair, and nestles snugly in the contours of the landscape. It’s well-maintained, and the staff is wonderful, from Aaron the manager, to Amy behind the bar, to the friendly and efficient groundskeepers. Aaron plans events throughout the season that make coming to the course lots of fun, and the bonuses like lunch for seniors and meals after scrambles are very welcome. The other members and casual golfers are nice, too. Now, if I could only sink a few putts!

This is lynx style course! Challenging but fun!! Front nine lots of sand and washout areas!! Back nine has water a on 7 of nine! Well taken care of!! Friendly staff!! My favorite course!!

It was easy to book tee time on line. We were in South Haven on vacation and found this course. We went at 7:30am. The staff was all friendly. The course and golf carts well maintained. I would play it again.

Not real happy golfing here. Had a teatime at 1:15. Once we started the back nine we were told we had to be off before five for league shotgun start . They did not tell us that when they gave us our teatime, or when we stopped and got a drink at the turn. We said something when we get in and all that was said to us was that overbooked. Really not our problem.! Did nothing to try to rectify the situation. There was a lot of sand traps that were not groomed, wish there was more choices near Southaven

Tried to golf at 4pm and as usual was told carts must be in by 6pm. Was told all I could golf would be 9 holes. Went to Lake Michigan Hills and got 21 holes in at a twilight rate. I have been denied or told numerous times that I could only golf 9 holes, only to go elsewhere for 18 holes or more. Sunday's are worse. Please don't attempt to go in the afternoon, that's to bad the course is nice.

We were plesantly surprised with this golf course. Nice challenge. Nicely kept and the people who run the place were xtra nice. We had a great day of golfing.

Golfed here while in the area. A must if you love golfing and great course, challenging and long at a great September value.
First thing I will do is give my one little complaint, we golfed there on a saturday and the fairways/tee boxes were not freshly mowed.
When you pull up you may wonder if its even a public course. Nice big parking lot and great appearance. Very nice well maintained driving range, huge hitting zone so you will never be hitting out of someone elses divots. Big putting/chipping green too. The Course pro was very polite and informative. Nice little pro shop with decent prices and good end of season sales. Did have a nice cold beer after the round at the bar, they have a big dining area also. Now for the course, we played from the tips, over 7,000 yards!!!! With tons of sand traps, in the fairways, surround the greens! But the were well maintained and nice to hit out of. (wish I didn't know that they were nice though!) Also not a ton of water but enough that it came in play on multiple holes. There are some blind shots that are always a challenge. Most of the greens were very good sized and there are some that have some crazy hills and breaks in them. Suprisingly for the time of year the greens were pretty hard, you couldn't really stick the greens, always got a bounce so you needed to play the release well. All the sprinkler heads had yardages on them, and the tee boxes were flat. I think we paid 40 dollars and I would pay 40 again to go back. Very nice course. If your in the area, play here!
