We enjoyed our visit, especially of the buildings! The detour really set us back, wish that wasn't the problem it was. Despite a well stocked gift shop we didn't find anything, and we like patronizing gift shops and having souvenirs.

We found this place a few years ago, when my son was really into trains. They have a huge model train display, and the gift shop had lots of interesting things in it. I enjoyed the historic buildings and my kids got to climb around on an antique train car. This remains one of the most memorable spots we have visited in MN and not highly commercialized.

With not a lot to do it was nice that we could walk around and see the things outside. My kids loved the open area for running.

What a great railroad museum! The displays, trains, buildings and grounds are very well kept. Our tour guide was wonderful! He was engaging and open to all of our questions and curiosity!

This place is a true work of railroad history in the 1800s and early 1900s. Definitely do the tour also. The lady we had was a complete wealth of knowledge that is with the few extra bucks. The turntable that they used to turn the trains around I’d unbelievable and. It still work after 100 years!!

This train museum is a hidden gem! We were camping nearby and decided to check it out with the family. We got a very detailed guided tour through several buildings and trains. There are also other old buildings to tour: school house, church, courthouse, general store. Everything is well organized, clean, and interesting. Highly recommend this stop!

We have been to the End-O-line Railroad Park and Museum many times. We started going when our sons were little and now we take our grandkids! It's a wonderful setting and stepping back in time is a great learning experience for all. Very enjoyable for all ages!

We took our 4 year old grandsons for a visit to this unique village apply named, End Of The Line Railroad. It is quiet and beautifully (volunteer) maintained at the edge of a pleasant village called Currie. Everything about this place is "a little piece of Americana". The authentic buildings reflect life at a different time, showing us an simpler but at times a physically difficult existence. But that was from the "adult" perspective. The 3 little boys ran and played over all of the grounds uninhibited by thoughts of yesteryear finishing up with a stop in the gift shop for an old fashioned candy stick. A thoroughly fun afternoon. It is situated on the prairie with a 6 mile Biking/Walking path near by. Pristine.

The End-O-Line park is a real jewel in the community of Currie Minnesota. If you are visiting Lake Shetek, it is well worth your time to also visit this park and museum.

What an awesome facility high lighting the Steam Train era, birth and growth of the community of Currie. Suggest you do the tour and ask for a guide who can make this a trip of a lifetime. Bring the kids, and grandkids. They'll love it.
