"HIDDEN GEM" - Strongly recommend - after playing courses not only all over Minnesota but all around US. Played Labor Day, 2022. Tees, fairways and greens in terrific shape (and lots of challenge on the greens)
Hills are evident on almost every hole, which vary. Fairways mostly wide, tree-lined, with a number of ponds and a creek that come into play. Definitely makes sense to study course before playing.
Family owned, very reasonable rates.
This course does not receive as much publicity as some Brainerd Area Lakes courses - but I'd place this among the most playable, most fun and definitely most reasonable in terms of green fees.

Great! The owners and staff are super nice, and the landscape is beautiful. There is an adorable family of “deer” on hole 15. (They even dress up for holidays!) 👏👏👏👏 Amazing! 15/10

We spent three days over the new year holiday riding the Cayuna trails and it was fantastic. The trails were in perfect condition. The layout of the trails and difficulty assignments were spot on. Every trail we took was another beautiful glimpse into an amazing wilderness reclaimed from the Cayuna mines which closed in the 60’s.
We rented Salsa fat tire bikes from Red Raven and the folks there were super helpful and knowledgeable about the trails.
Can’t wait to come back in the summer to ride these trails again!

The 2nd weekend of July 2018, our family had a family reunion near Crosby, MN. Saturday morning, my cousin Dan and I played golf st Cuyuna Rolling Hills Golf Course nearby. What a beautiful golf course! Cut out of the woods in Minnesota lake country, Cuyuna Rolling Hills is very enjoyable to play. Not a real long course, it still is challenging but also fun to play. Beautifully manicured fairways and greens. My only complaint is the greens were a little inconsistent in their speed. Overall, I loved it.
