Always a great mix of entertainment options presented throughout the year and costs are kept low enough to enjoy them frequently. Really good talent who works hard at plays presented with only a half dozen performances. So glad we have this resource.

Attended a Blue Grass band Concert with all local people in the band and they did a great job. It was a good 2 hours of great music This band only plays here once a year and it is a real treat to here them.

What a lovely community theatre. Our Hutchison House hosts held ticket for us so we could catch a World Premiere performance of A Pirate's Tale. What talent on that stage! What a fantastic story!
Let's talk about the theatre. Lovingly restored, but with today's patrons in mind. Plenty of room in the rows to sit comfortably, and let others pass when needed. Extra wide aisles between sections. Rooms off the lobby house locally crafted items and "recycled art" for sale. Concessions included beer and wine, and what tasted like home made cookies.
Appeared to be quite an impressive line up of coming performances.
I hope we can enjoy another in future trips to Faribault.

This is the cultural center of Faribault with artistic gallery showings as well as a wonderful gift shop with items made by local artists. The Paradise also has theatrical productions and other shows on a regular basis. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

We were staying in Northfield for the weekend and looking for things to do. I discovered two shows at the Paradise that were both wonderful. The first night was a 9 piece band which had everyone clapping and tapping...they were amazing. The second night was "Songs of Hope"...Children around the world singing together ...it just warmed our hearts. We were amazed at the quality of both performances and will definitely come back again.

Interesting !
Everything about this place is interesting.
Plays, concerts, Comedians, Gallery, Events, Community outreach, Educational experiences, Creative outlet, Artwork sales, Childrens' activities, Fund raiser Benefits, the Architecture, the PEOPLE !!!
There is always something afoot at the Paradise Center !
On this evening, we attended a play: "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee".
VERY entertaining.
While the players are not professionals, this was definitely NOT an amateur performance.
Lots of laughs, but I was laughing at MYSELF, because I identified with EACH of the characters...
Their desires, their secret fears, and their foibles !
At a small, personal venue such as this, you feel close to the action and connected to the players.
Afterwards, was an Opening Night reception with wonderful snacks, and a chance to mingle with your favorite characters.
That is fun.
This theater may not be modern, but it IS historic...
It is a vibrant part of our cultural community.
... We also got to view the Antique Car Show in Central Avenue, before the play.
A wonderful evening.

I feel so fortunate to live in a town that has such a great theater that produces great plays and has an excellent selection of artwork. Another thing they do is from 1-4 on Sat there is a indoor farmers market with great selections. The people who run this place are great and offer so many things for the community. I have many times wished I had the time to try out for one of the plays. Worth checking out if you have a chance!

We have been to the Paradise many times as members and it never disappoints! It's a great place to escape into for art, entertainment and often music!

This is a great annual event put on by the Paradise. I've found pieces in pristine condition that can be used for gifts and pieces by some of the great artists in the area like Dee Teller. And the prices are very affordable.

We visited the Paradise Center for an opening night art show. Very nice atmosphere and the artwork was nicely displayed.
