Visited in the evening hours, very few people there. If dog is leashed, I think it would be allowed. Sidewalks are wide, plenty of grassy areas too.

Hi, There is no time limit, as long as you prefer to spend time with your family you can stay but in general its an hour to two hours generic time you can spend with your family/ kids.

I'd recommend the 6, as it's a high frequency line! The stop would be Vineland. The stop is pretty easy to see coming as it's the first stop outside of downtown. If it isn't too cold though, I'd recommend walking down Nicollet, taking the Loring Greenway (right by Brit's Pub) walking through Loring Park, taking the bridge across the highway and it drops you off right at the garden. It sounds like a lot but it's only like a half/three quarter of a mile walk!

Yes it's free and you just walk around at your own pace. We got there early and found street parking very close. If it's busy I am not sure where to park.

Dogs on leashes are allowed in the Garden once we reopen on June 3rd.
