We apologize that your experience at The Salt Cave didn't live up to the hype! As our sessions start on the hour, and starting late can have a trickle down effect for all future sessions that day, we need to abbreviate our intro sometimes to stay on schedule. We had groups of 15 and 18 the next hours after and did our best to make the transition as smooth as possible. We always say hello and encourage people to focus all their attention on their breathing. Your group was no different in that regard, yet we did have to speed things up a bit. We had a nice conversation with those who arrived on time and hope that they conveyed that to you. Customers deserve the best The Salt Cave has to offer every time yet we hope that customers are understanding as well when unavoidable circumstances arrive.
