This is a wonderful theatre! They put on excellent plays that are meaningful, entertaining, and full of emotion. Their mix of classic and new works, strong talent (on stage and behind the scenes), and welcoming and homey feel make this the perfect place for a night or afternoon at the theatre in the Twin Cities. I highly recommend for groups of all sizes and ages. With the small size (only 4 rows) you get an intimate performance and there are no bad seats in the place.

Went and saw Another Miracle on Christmas Lake & it was funnier than last time. This is a small local theater that has great seating on 3 sides of the stage. You are very close to actors on stage & all seats are good. Have been going here to different productions since they opened 11 years ago. You can dress up or go casual. They have a bar/snack area when you come in to enjoy a beverage & treat. Informative programs are given out as you enter the theater so you know what is going on in each production & who is playing what part. Sometimes Goldstar has this on their website, so discounted tickets are available. Would highly recommend.

Recently ventured into the northern suburbs of Minneapolis to see The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night. Strong reviews were well deserved! A sweet little small town theater with consistently good material and production quality. The best in community theater! Worth the trip. We'll be back.

I attended my first play at Yellow Tree when they opened with Miracle at Christmas Lake. It was very funny then and just as funny this December. I have NEVER been disappointed with any plays I have seen in this quaint theater. My all time favorite was when they had the production of Sylvia. I would see that play again in a heartbeat. When they first opened there were not the reserved seats there are now. Thank you YTT for going with reserved seating. Today I purchased my tickets for Flowers for the Room and I am looking forward to that play.

We came here to see "Miracle of Christmas Lake." What a fun time. The play was very funny, the actors were great, and the theater itself was very clean and enchanting. The staff were extremely friendly, and overall I was surprised at the high level of quality for the venue.

What a cozy theater! So quant and hospitable. The cast was amazing and brought this story to real life. I would highly suggest visiting this theater for the upcoming shows.

It's a family tradition every Christmas season to see the holiday play at Yellow Tree. They have all been awesome! Every show I've seen here has had incredible acting talent, and the ambience of the whole place is fabulous!

Have seen three performances at this theater. It’s a great space, very intimate. Not a bad seat in the house. Top notch actors every time. Wonderful lobby area that’s very cozy. Staff is terrific. A secret little gem in the Northern Suburbs.
