I bought a membership for our family. It has been a great option on rainy days or just days we are looking to burn of some energy. The kids love going to the park, and it has also been fun for my wife and I. The only thing that is tough is getting the kids to leave.

PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE NOT WELCOME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. This location exhibits discriminatory and racist behavior, which is enabled and supported by upper management, owners, and corporate.
My son and I visited Urban Air on Monday, Sept 20th and had the police called on us for simply asking the Manager, Brandon why he treated us so rudely upon arrival. Not only did he leave us and several other customers standing in the rain several minutes after opening time, he hung up in my face when I called (while standing in the rain) to ensure the business was open that day. When Brandon finally opened the door I asked if he treated all of his customers that way and requested his name. Brandon literally put his hand in my face, told me I was not a paying customer, was not allowed in his establishment, to get out and that he was going to call the police on me. Brandon proceeded to call the police and tell them that I was behaving inappropriately and painted me to be a hostile angry black woman, yet he was the person who was behaving in a hostile manner screaming and swearing at my 10 yo son and I (I have this on video and will post in the Travel forum). Upon arrival the police forced my son and I to leave immediately believing the false report from Brandon.
The GM, corporate office, and owners have all been contacted but no one outside of the direct store management has taken the time to address the situation or talk to me. Upon my request the General Manager has reviewed the surveillance footage and acknowledged that I did nothing wrong or anything that warranted the police being called on me, and yet she still supports Brandon and his LIES and decision that day. Unbelievable.
Please do not support a business that treats it’s customers this way without a care in the world.

My kids and I had a blast! The facility is very clean and well kept, very helpful staff and so much to do! It's nice to have a place the kids can get their energy out on the hot days we don't want to be outside. They have frequent cleaning breaks where they sprayed things down which is much appreciated with the COVID situation. We can't wait to go back!

Staff is horrible. I called for 2 days to get info before first visit but no one answers the phone ever. It seemed to be the manager that was the main anti customer service person. Literally just mean to the customers. Upon opening all the bathrooms have signs that say closed -out of order. Only one stall for 100 people in the family bathroom open until noon for no reason. Then magically they were no longer out of service. Had socks from another jump place but had to purchase their logo brand socks for 4 people when everyone had brand new jump socks already on. Had to pay .25 for water in my own water bottle REALLY?? We want to support local and small business but this was so bad.

Quite disappointed in reopening of Urban Air. It is SUCH a fun place and my kiddos love it but despite signs re: masks, they were not enforcing masks on kids or adults in the building. "Sanitation breaks" cut into your already limited time to be on the equipment. Half the hand sanitizer stations weren't working. Really unfortunate.

When you walk in you realize the enormous space there is to play! So much to do and you can easily spend hours here burning of energy! The staff are friendly, helpful, and encouraging! This is the place to be on no school days and breaks! Can't wait to host a birthday party here! Check it out as soon as you can!

Fun overall, but NO TIME LIMIT on the climbing walls?? You can stand in line for 5 minutes or 2 hours depending on how long the other kids play. If you’re a parent, have some common sense and tell your kid to limit the time! Also, the safety/staff people are all barely out of diapers and do NOT help. These parents let their kids just act as rude as they want, budging in line, not taking turns. Staff just sits there like they’re high as a kite. If you go, prepare to be annoyed or have extreme patience. If they had some order and time limits (or parents teach their kids to take turns) it might be worth it.

This place was awesome for kids, My son attended a birthday party there, they offer all kinds of air trampoline and the staff there were nice and helpful.
Kids had pizza and lemonade after they finished and had a wonderful time.

This place offers a lot of activities for kids of a variety of ages. Ropes course, trampolines, race track, vertical wall, etc. We hosted a birthday party for my 11-year old son and friends and they had a fun time.
I purchased the middle level party (with access only to the raised trampoline area), and upgraded when we saw how much they wouldn't be able to do at that level.Once we did that, they all felt like there was enough to keep them busy. I would recommend a basic party level for younger kids, and more options for the bigger kids.
The snack bar serves beer and has a daquari slushie machine - great to adults to have a drink and watch the kids run around.
The building is industrial and I was nervous it would be too loud, but really the acoustics were just fine. I could hear conversations and didn't have to yell over anyone.

This place has it all!!! There are rock climbing walls, High Ropes courses, dodgeball, warrior course along with a 3 story kids place place. I was able to let the kids play for hours as they don't enforce time when they are not busy. I sat in the cafe and had a fantastic chicken sandwhich and relaxed while the kids wore themselves out.
