The owner took great care to guide us in sampling a number of flavor infused oils and vinegars. Great experience. Great conversation. Walked out with some for us and stocking stuffers for our adult foodie children.

Vats and vats of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to taste test...so difficult to pick a few as you want to take them all home with you! These are quality products, so I save them for special recipes and times when I want something extra to add to a meal. Also found some great silicone tools that match my new kitchen colors. They were small and I've already used them as I needed something different than the typical sizes. Reasonably priced, too. Capable and friendly service is much appreciated.

Stopped in and sampled a few oils and vinegars - all very delicious! Ended up getting a lime oil and a dark cherry balsamic - YUM!

Megan that waited on us was very helpful and knowledgable. I thought the prices were very reasonable. We will probably go back in the future!

A couple of weeks ago we stayed at Lake City and went to Red Wing just to get out. Just that morning I was sharing with my bf a thing that I heard on a radio about an olive oil specialty store in Minneapolis that sounded interesting and here we are just walking down a Red Wing street and I see Olive Oils & Vinegars shop! Of course we go in and what a nice surprise. They have a wide variety of oils, vinegars and salts. You can taste them before you buy and if you like it they will pour it into the bottle and seal it. I went for lemon, mushroom and dill infused oils. My bf was brave enough to taste "scorpion venom" salt. Yeah, really... Better him than me :). I've tasted all my new oils and they are crazy good - both for cooking and salads. If you're like me on a permanent diet :( like me it will make you love your salad! Good place, great service, will totally go back.
