A fabulous place to learn new skills, be inspired and enjoy your meal in an incredible surrounding. Nellie and her team have really outdone themselves! Great for gifts, corporate entertainment or group celebrating.

Great place to relax and learn something about how to easily cook something scrumptious from a new culture. Nellie and her team make it effortlessly easy to follow.

I loved the curry class with Patma. She shared a lot of knowledge about the medicinal benefits of foods. The different curries that we made were wholesome and tasty. We made curry puffs from scratch and I helped make the paneer into malai kofta curry. I loved the Thai green chicken curry the best followed by the beef rendang. The experience was excellent. I have done many classes at Relish Mama and this is another memorable class

Brilliant! My husband and I loved the class. He follows a fodmap diet and we often eat separately but this class taught us that we can make delicious meals together without compromising flavour. Will do another fodmap class.

My second visit and this time with my better half. Once again the team at Relish Mama did a great job of surpassing my expectations. Caro demystified my concerns about fish. We love it, but never had the confidence to go outside the comfort zone. Now we are armed with some seriously inspiring recipes that we can't wait to show off to our friends. We could not chose a favourite, because they we're all so good. Wow, this company is easy to spend money with. As the KFC ad says, "shut up and take my money!" Can't wait for the Moroccan course!

My wife and I went along with a friend to the Seafood cooking class. I specifically asked about Mussels as I would have loved to learn how to cook these, when when I noted it down, I was only expecting a brief conversation about Mussels, however the instructor had brought some along and we did an extra dish with them.
The food was great, the class was informative and the 3 of us left there feeling confident that we could use the lessons learnt at home for ourselves.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Nellie, Catherine, Sally and Soon created an absolutely excellent and informative night of Moorish Moroccan cooking.
Their whole approach is so warm, friendly and professional, the recipes excellent and the food and meal that resulted from our cooking experience was simply fantastic!
I most sincerely appreciated how Nlie went out of her way to accomodate my onion allergy and yet ensure I didn’t miss out on a single tasty morsel. This, I’m sure, was a very valuable lesson for my 10 or 11 “class mates” who may need to cook for family or friends with dietary allergies or intolerances.
The night of Moorish Moroccan cooking was a highly memorable experience and one I would strongly recommend. I wish Nellie and her team my very best wishes for continuing successes.

I recently did the Moroccan class. I loved the experience. It felt special from the moment you walked in the door. Nellie was incredibly professional and skilled, at the same time as being friendly, warm and such a wonderful host. Loved the experience.

As I walked up the stairs, Nellie was standing behind the large kitchen bench with a welcoming smile. Fritters were fried, the creamy, lemony risotto was stirred slowly and pasta dough was vigorously kneaded. As we sat around the long table, conversation flowed and a delicious feast that we had all helped to prepare was shared. Plates were scraped clean and our tummies full with the abundance of food. I have since cooked a few of the dishes that we learnt that night back at home and they have all been extremely well received by my little family. Food is so much better when shared.

This was my fifth class at Nellie's and it didn't disappoint. These classes are so much fun and Nellie is such a class act. And apart from all the fun, you cant go past the amazing recipes you take home and the fabulous meal you get to enjoy at the end. I've been cooking from Nellie's recipe books now for over 5 years and they are so easy and so enjoyable. It has certainly changed the way we cook and the food we eat. I cant recommend this experience highly enough.
