This used to be a great place to come, but lately greed seems to have taken over. There are way to many kids compared to activities which means they spend 50% of the time standing around waiting to be allowed to use the trampolines.
Several large groups of school kids who were crowding all the other kids out.
Bounce really should be doing much better than this - it’s the whole point of booking; so you can manage the numbers.I understand the temptation to push more kids into the place than it can handle to increase profits, but it’s dishonest and unethical unless you’re clear with patrons when they buy tickets a large amount of time will be spent standing around.

Our host was amazing.. we had a group of 20 kids.. 3-13 yr olds and everyone was accommodated.. thank you

Attended bounce Cannington at 5pm with our 2 kids the place was filthy, sticky floor, rubbish on the floors, drink spills everywhere. There wasn't one clean section to sit and considering the current Covid situation you would think they would have a more regular cleaning and sanitisation schedule. Nothing against the staff but if the owners can't get the additional staff to keep the place clean for thier customers/patrons then they should look into hiring an external contractor to come in and do the spruce cleans.

We took our two grandsons aged 11 and 13 and two of their friends to Bounce during the recent school holidays. They had a fantastic time with a great variety of activities. I was particularly impressed with the young staff members who were stationed at each activity. They interacted well with the children and were diligent with their supervision. their were two other adults in our group who agreed that the supervision was excellent. I would not hesitate to take them to Bounce again.

We paid a premium for Bounce to host the Birthday party for our daughter, we shouldn't have. They were very poorly organised and communications from the front desk was confusing and unhelpful when we arrived. While the lady organising the groups for the party rooms, turned up 10 minutes late with our party host, and did not have the information in her info pack that we had already conveyed about a dietary requirement for one of the kids. We informed her/Bounce again, but the information was ignored again and the required dietary food didn't arrive for the child, who then had to wait around ~15 minutes for her food to arrive after all the others had eaten. Not good enough. The children had a good time, and the host was friendly, but save your money and host yourself or find another place to have a party.

Had a fabulous afternoon here yesterday. Two teenagers aged 13 & 16 had the best time with the two hour pass. The kids loved the variety of jumping equipment and said the amount of trampolines available meant there was very little queue time. We especially liked how cleaning of equipment was a priority each hour. Great value, great fun, highly recommend.

I am very disappointed today. My sister was at the place with me for a few minutes and hurt her knee while jumping. On the clip(video I took)it shows nothing as the cause, but I’m sure it could be the balancing of the trampoline.
After the impact, the people there tried to help, but had no first aid experience. We were even given a compression band by one of the staff after asking . The guy asked to even bring it back(what kind of place has no first aid equipment!!!?) The only thing they had was crutches🙄. And the only thing they could do was give me gift cards.
I have attached a clip to prove this. And this really needs to be looked upon ASAP!!

Had a great time bouncing on the trampolines. The food was expensive but tasted good. Also try to go when it's not school holidays otherwise it will be packed

Came here with our cousins for some Friday night stress relief, had a really fun session as we played some hoops, tried our hand at some flips onto the massive bounce pillows and loved the dodgeball! Would come here again! Wasn't too busy for a Friday evening which was good because we didn't have to wait around to have our turn. But not sure why the X-park was closed..would've liked to try this activity too since we were coming from 45 minutes away.

Took my 8 year old and 10 year old on a Friday pupil free day. It was pretty busy as it seemed like many schools had a pupil free day.
The kids were occupied and having fun for the whole hour. They particularly enjoyed the Ninja Warriors section. I must say that I thought the supervision by staff was excellent.
My only problem with this place is that the food and drinks are incredibly expensive. The staff were very friendly though. My strong advice is take your own water bottle and snacks with you to save yourself a fortune.

Hi Guys, we will be visiting from the country so want to make the most of our time at Bounce. There will be 3 kids aged 16, 12 & 11 - how many hours would you recommend?

For my kids 1 and a half hours is the perfect amount haha 1 hour goes too quick but 2 hours is a little bit too long....sorry not very helpful 😆
