This business has moved location (I think to Queensland, but I'm not sure). There was a notice in the window when the shop closed a couple of months ago but I can't remember the new business location.

Worth Hunting down. Parking a little difficult. If you want well made and beautiful smallgoods you MUST come here. Great range, fantastic service and the quality just YUM YUM.

Great little shop, superb Smallgoods!
Not a huge range, but what they do have is quite unique and you can ask for a taste! :)
Was only a fleeting visit for me, but I will be back!
I don't think they are open every day, from memory only Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

If you are having a party, and want to have some nibbles to go with your drinks, don't go to the supermarkets for fresh small goods, go to Back small goods. Its off the beaten track and not something you would normally find, they also set up stalls in Sydney local marketplaces such as Manly, Wollongong, Moore Park and Warriwood to name a few.
Great bacon, handcrafted butters, blood sausage and other small goods. Gluten free Australian produce, made on the Gold Coast, (yes Queenslanders you can get then up there too!).
Bratwurst and speck is excellent, lots more smoked and cured meats for me to try later.
Mmm, spice up your next parties with some tasty snacks.
